Extremely clean, well kept small hotel. Though the reception is on up to 22.00 h the girl there was very nice and speaks a very good English. My room was spaciousd, normally furnished and equipped without any lavish. Bathrooms are exquisit - very spacious and well equipped and very clean. There is enough parking space - if not in front - at the back side. Breakfast is also very good - no unneeded stupid assortments - a few but essential, fresh and very tasty choices for every taste and type of having breakfast. Beds are comfortableq pillows and quilt are exquisite - a german trade mark in all german hotels! Location is veru quiet and calm. The place is disability friendly by structure and management.

Really nothing to mention, except that if you cannot make it with registration up to 22.00 h - I do not know what happens... We were under tight schedule on our day of arrival and - thanks God - the flights, renting the car and everything went smooth and we made it up to 21.00 - but there were some feasable risks that we might have not managed - and this is a bit stressful and frustrating.

This hotel offers exactly what it promises. A quiet and comfortable room with no useless amenities or extras, just a stay, if you need a bed for the night because you have to do something in the neighborhood - and all this for a very favourable amount. The breakfast was good, nothing special, but you can fill up your belly for the day. Everything is clean and simple, no fuzz. The windows are indeed soundproof, no noise comes in from the street. We stayed two nights, and were there by car, and thus we could explore Aachen which is a few minutes drive from the small town where this hotel is. (Eschweiler.)

The beds and pillows are like everywhere in Germany, they are way too soft. Your back hurts in the morning and the pillow does not hold your head. But as I said, this is nothing extraordinary, as I have found each and every German hotel the same. It seems to me that the Germans themselves like it like this. So if you suffer from rheuma, artrosis, hernia and similar, take your own pillow with yourself and your painkillers.

best price is a very budget hotel yet still the very best xp we had with one of those in a long time. The rooms were super clean and BIG. Everything was simple yet the best value. We arrived very late at night but a good service was prepared for us to retrieve our room keys even after reception had closed. Breakfast was very budget, once again, but still great value for money and a really nice start our day. The staff is hardly seen but that does not change that we felt well taken care off and I can only recommend them based on our experience. The beds were certainly the most comfortable in any of the hotels on our christmass/ NY journey through journey and that included some rather pricey options. Yet BestPrice Hotel had the best matrasses of them all. Close to the Autobahn too. We will keep them in mind for future travels.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Wi-fi worked great. There is parking in front and in the back of the place. Very near and easy access from the highway. Perfect for a night-stop hotel.

The communication with the front desk could have been better as we weren't sure at what time we would arrive. I paid in advance (as they instructed for the late checkout) and informed them but I don't think they saw my previous messages and they keep sending me new messages asking me at what time I would arrive when all I wanted was a code for the keys. So in the end we had to rush to arrive before 22hrs and avoid being left without keys. Nothing very serious but could have been nice to have smooth communication and faster response.

Easy to find located about a kilometre from A4 junction. Food choices and LIDL easy walking distance. Parking probably easy (it might be limited space at the rear). Clean and simple. Just right for a decent night sleep on a road trip. I only had a small simple room but, travelling solo it was all I needed.

Practical and comfort Hotel to stay for one night in the middle of long journey. The staff were really nice and helpful at reception. Also ladies who clean the room were extremely helpful and try to help however not knowing well English. The room was clean and everything enough for stay with minimum requirements. The shower, warm water and heating system was so efficient and working well. The neighborhood is safe, quiete and some shop and restaurant in nearby. Lot of parking space for who traveling by car and close to highway.

No elevator for second floor was a bit hard to carrying baggages.

Perfectly met expectations - a clean, quiet, basic room to get a good night's sleep in whilst travelling. It was directly off of the motorway, so there were no issues in getting the property at all. I was appreciative of a phone call from the hotel to check on our arrival time (I'd indicated that we'd be there quite late) and arrange to have a key waiting for us just inside the front door in a lock box. The gentleman gave me the code and information over the phone, but then followed up with an email message through booking.com. This was very much a "virtual stay" - we didn't have any contact with anyone either late at night when we arrived, nor this morning when we left the property. That said, there was a phone number displayed for guests who had questions when the desk was not manned. A clean, comfortable stay and we both got a good night's sleep.

Great budget hotel when travelling for work. Very basic but clean and comfortable. Very good pricing. The only disappointment was breakfast: terrible food, low quality and very limited choice. I suggest to avoid and have breakfast outside.

A great place to stop for the night if doing a long drive. We were driving from the UK to Italy. If you choose to pay in advance, you are able to take advantage of late check in and they will put your key in a safe box and you just check yourself in. Really easy. The beds were really comfortable and of a good size. Room and bathroom were spotless. Would definitely stop there again. The hotel also has parking which is free. It was full when we got there but there is plenty of free on street parking in proximity of the hotel.
