Beautiful place and really nice service We unfortunately spent little time at this place given that it was a one day trip to the Hurtgenwald, but we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We arrived late due to road work and without speaking German. The staff was greatly kind and even prepared us a small package for breakfast as we left early the next day before breakfast time. The restaurant is top notch and even though it was full, they took time to explain the menu -which was in German- to us. Bonus point for the Christmas decoration adding a magical feeling to the place. We highly recommand this place and we'll surely book a longer stay there if we come back in the area.

At all a nice stay. The room was clean and fine. We had a good dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast included was good too. We only stayed one night on our way south. Very quiet in the countryside with parking just outside.

Only the bed we did not like. Much to soft and the pillows were not good, big, but not comfortable. Except for that everything was fine 😉

Everything. The staff were all friendly and keen to help. Amazing food both breakfast and evening meal, the service was excellent and all staff were very attentive, they couldn’t do enough to help. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Bit off the beaten track for the autobahn, but that is not its target market. Seems to be a destination restaurant for local people.

location, in the woods, near a little stream, the Vicht. Very comfy beds.

the road has become very noisy ( lots of traffic, motorbikes and lorry traffic)

Lovely staff, good breakfast, clean and 10 min from the forest. great in autumn for hiking.

I have used this hotel for many years as a stopover on the journey home from Austria and will continue to do so, fabulous breakfast and restaurant.
