This was my second time staying at the hotel, this time with my in-laws. Everyone really enjoyed it, the pool and parking facilities were good. The breakfast had a lot of variety, with options for scrambled eggs and omelets made to order. The room was very spacious and the shower was excellent for relaxing after a long walk. Overall it is a good cost benefit, very good, they offer dinner in the restaurant but I didn't use it. I noticed that they are renovating some parts which shows the hotel's appreciation.

Two points for improvement that I had already suggested and were not taken into account, but I suggest them again. The pillows could be improved, I don't like what is available; and for breakfast they could add some cake/pie, there is plenty in the region and the hotel could provide it.

Nice hotel. Friendly and efficient reception. Good spacious room with dining table, sit corner and separate bedroom. The placement of the TVs were odd. Clean. Big balconies. Yes more than one balcony with a far view on the city centre. The hotel is not in the city centre. Walking to the centre of Aachen is 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The resto has a limited menu for vegetarians and pescetarians. One fish option and they boiled the fish which made the dorado tasteless .The waiter service was polite and pleasant. The hotel also offers free use of the swimming pool and saunas. That was nice. Be careful with the hammam (Romisches bad). It is too hot and my skin got burned, esp.in my face. But overall it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our weekend in Aachen :)

The menu choice and preparation of the fish dish. The over heated hammam sauna, painful.

It was clean, people were friendly. Rooms were very big. Breakfast was good. It is near to the tierpark, which is worth visiting.

It could have been cleaner. We found dust on the wall heater in the bathroom where we were supposed to hang our clothes. Breakfast didn’t have much options. We found it a bit deceiving when it came the Spa. There was no steam room. There are some other facilities shown in the pictures but missing in reality. One needs to inform at around 3 pm if they want to use the spa. Then only they will turn it on for you. This is not mentioned in the booking.

The rooms and the hotel overall had been very clean; the staff was friendly and also speaking english. Access to all areas has been easy also . The location is reachable by car with no issues, and is not crowded at all.

I woke up early before breakfast hours. I needed a coffee so I went downstairs to look for a machine . There is none but the receptionist offered to make one for me which I appreciated . This was a black coffee like the one I had limitless access to in the breakfast about an hour later (in the room price) During checkout I realized I was charged for the coffee ; I suggest to the hotel management to change this practice. The cost was insignificant but as a policy it reflects poorly.

Great location, staff was very nice and checkin went very smooth. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I could mention is that the floor wasn't very clean along the terrace doors. The wind must have blown some leaves and small branches in that weren't cleaned up. Besides this, the place was very nice and well kept. My husband is 2 meters tall and the duvet was too short for him, approx. 170 cm long.

Very peaceful, clean, attractive gardens and my terrace. Excellent spacious room and very smart modern bathroom. Good toiletries of quality. Outstanding breakfast and staff there. Excellent choice of hot and cold dishes etc.

Far from City centre, 30 minutes walk, it was advertised as central. However nice location. Bus was quick but expensive 3.60. No tea and coffee in room, very disappointing. Pool has a charge, 3.50

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a small fridge and a pleasant terrace. The hotel isn’t located right in the city center, but it’s easily accessible by bus. Overall, the stay went very well. However, the welcome could be improved — the woman at reception when we arrived (older, with dark hair) came across as rather unfriendly and condescending. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very spacious room, with mini kitchen (they offer utensils (pot, plates, etc.) for stays longer than 6 months), living room with a dining table, bedroom and a large bathroom. The hotel has a very good structure, with sauna and a swimming pool (additional feee to use), where my family (me, my wife and my daughter) were able to enjoy the nights we stayed. The coffee surprised me because it has a lot of options and is very tasty. Eggs are made to order (omelette, fried, scrambled, etc.) with several options to add. The hotel is far from the main points and I already knew when I booked, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away and also covered parking for an additional fee. There is a restaurant for dinner but I ended up not choosing it.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, just a few points for improvement: I could replace the plastic shower curtain with a glass shower stall and the elevator, which is slow, but nothing that would impact the stay.

A huge room that was apartment size with your own balcony - I almost thought I’ve booked the wrong room. Very clean, spacious, central location, nice spa and international staff. The room had a microwave and a big fridge, which was amazing!

The room came with a kitchen, but didn’t have supplies to cook. I assume this was intentional. Supermarkets and dinner options aren’t close nearby.

Very quiet location, without traffic noise in the rooms, no morning sun getting in to the room, all hotel areas were very clean, hotel employees were professionals and very polite. easy access to public transportation.

breakfast quality was good but over priced, €22 per person... and car parking at the basement of the hotel although is very convenient and safe, its expensive, €15 per day. for the room price i would expect at least to offer free water in the room
