The location of the hotel was excellent, only a block from the train station and only a 15-minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the Palatine Chapel and the superb Cathedral treasury. The breakfast was good, and was the only one that I had on my trip to Europe this time where there were nice tomatoes slices. The receptionist was very efficient and accommodating in getting me a more quiet room on the courtyard side, after I expressed dissatisfaction with the first room offered facing the street. This hotel is very good value for money!

There did not appear to be a receptionist on duty at least for a while in the morning. I had wanted to do bag storage at the hotel, and I later too late noticed that there were lockers, but because nobody was on duty in the morning I did not find out about them.

Room was very comfortable, no noise issues like others described, breakfast was nice and simple, and the price and location are of course the best parts about this hotel. I was initially worried about reception not being present for most of the day, but this ended up not being a problem. Very much recommended for a short stay of 1-3 days.

Sizable clumps of dust under the bed, the bathroom shower had a couple spots of mold, the bathroom vent had some dust in it as well. Not a huge issue if you're only here for a night or two, but any longer and I would hope they clean it more often.

A good basic but clean room with comfortable beds. Parking was easily accessible and relatively secure. Bins emptied and towels replenished after a couple of days. Ideally situated for the station as we travelled by train on a couple of days and got back late.

Would have been nice to have the offer of breakfast but found acceptable alternatives.

Spotlessly clean and great value for money. Beds and pillow comfy. All that was needed for a one night stop over, spending minimal time in my accommodation.

I had emailed the hotel a few days before asking for advice on parking, but the answer was only received after we had checked in. It was difficult to pull up outside on an extremely busy road to enquire about parking before checking in, so perhaps a bit more information ahead of time on their hile page might help the next person. For anyones future information, there's a public multi-storey a few hundred metres up the road on the left called the APAG and we parked at 9.30pm until just before 10 am for 8 euros.

Nice modern spacious room, busy road outside if you have a room at the front. Helpful receptionist. Railway station opposite, plenty of food establishments nearby.

Free parking offered, but only have four places for probably thirty plus rooms. Need to pay in a nearby multi storey car park. I unloaded my motorbike outside but would be impractical/dangerous l to unload a car. Hotel situated on inner ring road. However brilliant for arriving by train.

Very close to train station, 2 minutes by walking distance. It is a very good value to stay in aachen and enjoy the city. Many restaurants, bakeries nearby. My room when i checked in was very clean.

Very noisy in the morning you can hear clearly doors, people around 8 am. My first day my room was very clean, i stayed 3 nights, the second night they only take the bins bags, i didn t need new towels or bed linen but just to wash the shower and the tap wash basin, the third day they didn t do houskeeping at all.

Location: practically in front of the Train Main station and easy to reach on foot. Price to value ratio is more than adequate. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. To check out you just put the card key in a box at the entrance of the hotel. This is convenient if you are leaving early

The bathroom was not the shiniest but for the price that was ok by me.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bed was. It was on the smaller side (140cm wide) for two people but came with 2 sets of sheets which made sharing with a friend comfortable. The room has everything it needs. The breakfast was decent, don't expect loads of variety but overall, the stay was excellent value.

Nothing to remark on.

The location is super convenient for a one day trip to Aachen. The room is big and the bed confortable. It is good enough for the super price you get it and the person from the front desk was very nice.

The hotel is super noisy! We could hear bsically everything the people upstairs were doing. You can only check in from 2:00 pm because the office is closed. But honestly for the price it is still good.

The room was nice and quiet. Big and confortable bed but the best was the breakfast: a typical German breakfast.

It is not easy to find a parking lot near the hotel (there are many but you can stay there only few hours). I needed to walk around the area in order to find a parking without time limits.
