Excellent value for money, a budget hotel that is comfortable and clean, perfect for a single traveller. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival and whilst the room was basic, it was very clean, bed comfort and fresh towels each day. Location is 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Cathedral.

No complaints, it’s a budget hotel at budget prices. If you want luxury and a romantic stay then look elsewhere.

It was clean and cheap. We checked in after 7, the desk was staffed and they were helpful. It was as we expected, a clean no frills hotel. We had gone for the spa and the Christmas market and the location was good for both.

The beds did squeak a bit but nothing was heard from other rooms so no problems.

Easy access late at night (you need to check in for real the day after). Very close to the city Good bathroom and toilet. Bed is ok as well. Nothing bad to say about the room and booking

The cleaning lady tried to enter the room both days around 10.30 even though I had put the sign on the door not to be disturbed… annoying..

The price for this property was very low for the nice and clean room i got. Very great price/value ratio. THe neighborhood was also well connected being directly next to the bushof. Aachen is also smaller, so that most interesting places could be reached on foot.

The check-in and check out has a break time between 11 am and 5 pm, that sometimes was a bit inconvenient. However there was little need to talk to the staff in general. The room was a bit small, but enough for my needs.

Central location with 24h parking.

Check in process was caotic with 10 people going through the same machine. Took us 30 min to be able to access the terminal and get our room number and access code. Main door remains open all the time so everybody has access to inside the hotel.

This hotel is very standard as every Ibis Budget. So, it is good to know what to expect. The hotel is very close to a very big bus stop.

It is not exactly in the city center and the only way to reach there is walking for more than 1km. Not that bad.

While the food for breakfast was pretty good, I would say that adding a bit more of a variety to the presentation would be great. The bathroom was okay as well. Although the enterance location of the hotel was a bit confusing.

The only thing I disliked was the fact that house keeping came almost two hours early before check out and kept bothering us about being out of the room. I understand that he wanted to get the room clean as soon as possible but he knocked on our door at least four times when we were still packing up to leave. It was very annoying, disrespectful, and made the ending at the hotel unsavory.

Check-in was slow because the machine was broken so everyone had to wait while the reception checked everyone in one-by-one. If you have the machine make sure it works

This is a very basic hotel. The room was clean and tidy and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is well located short walk from the main station and Aachen Cathedral.

The hotel was what I expected there was nothing that I did not like.

It is in the city and near to everything. In the same time you can see a lot of sightseeing just walking
