The hotel was very central making sightseeing & shopping very easy. Our dog liked the park 2 minutes around the corner. The first bedroom was very large & airy. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection of good quality food. This is a dog friendly hotel. Misha liked it. The staff were professional & friendly.

The car park to the hotel was difficult to locate & when we found the entrance it told us constantly that it was full. We had to park 10 minutes away. Having a car full of luggage this was a worry. The area at night is ‘rough’ and the small park has a few people begging for money. We had to move to a smaller room as the power suddenly went out. It could not be repaired until the morning. The new room’s shower was extremely small (but it had plenty of hot water). Please - two proper pillows each, even if you keep one spare in the wardrobe.

Lovely hotel right near city center. The staff was very helpful in securing parking as well as assigning rooms. The room was large on the 5th floor, overlooking a nearby Christmas market area. It was right near some green space for our dog as well. We very much appreciated the dog-friendly policy. It was 15 euro for the pet fee. The shower had good water pressure as well.

The bed could have been slightly softer, but nothing that was not managable. Our particular shower was a bit on the smaller side (reminded us of small Italian showers).

The location is excellent. Very central. You step out straight into the town. The room was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. Given its location I also found the room to be well insulated against sound and it was incredibly easy to sleep. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was a little on the small side and the toilet was a little low. At 1.81m I felt like I was using a hobbit toilet :). This may have been a German thing though rather than a hotel issue. I would emphasize though that the bathroom was very clean. The only other thing I would highlight is the lack of USB sockets in the room but reception were able to provide me with a USB plug so not a major issue.

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful with directions. Fantastic breakfast. Had onsite parking at a good price.

Tiny awful shower. Worst pillows ever. We were told they were a hypoallergenic property so they only had these awful foam pillows. The requested Twin room had two separate beds but were right next to each other. Our reservation was for a standard twin room, but the a/c did not work with the room we got and we were switched to a better room with working ac. The original room also had a tv that did not work :(

First of all we liked the location, right in the city centre walking distance to all the places of interest, restaurants, cafe's etc. But we were also pleased with the on-site car-garage. The room was comfortable, with good free of charge WiFi. We had an excellent breakfast with an abundant choice of food. Clean, comfortable and, to our standards, a good sized room. Enough water-pressure in the shower.

Apparently one of the guests brought their dog with them, then went out for dinner and left the dog in the room. Barking all the time, until the owners returned to the room. Blaim the dog-owners, Not the hotel staff.

The hotel is very centrally located. We walked from the main train station with ease. The included breakfast was excellent with great choice. The room was spacious with air conditioning which was very much appreciated in 37 degrees weather! We would have preferred the unit to be more in the middle of the room, though for even coverage! There was a kettle and some tea in the room. There was also a fridge to keep things cool. Bathroom shower was powerful.

Nothing major. The pillows were not plump or rectangular, making it difficult to relax on. The older man on duty when we arrived was really abrupt acting oddly: he just slammed the keys down on Reception when we gave our names telling us the room number. There was nothing else said. We had checked in remotely the evening before as directed. He was not friendly at all.

The location was perfect! We were mostly in Aachen to see the historic center, and we were at most a ten-minute walk from everything. We had a renovated room, so the shower had one of those rain showerheads and was beyond delightful. Seriously, I'm surprised that we ever managed to get ourselves out of the shower! The breakfast was also superb. There was a great selection of excellent food, and the staff continued to restock it right up until the buffet closed.

The parking garage was tiny, and unfortunately it was full when we arrived late at night, so after an exhausting day I had to drive around trying to find parking. The staff had marked the route to the closest garage out on a map, but the route they marked was blocked by bollards, so that didn't work, and the route suggested by Google Maps was blocked by road works. I eventually got back to the main street, found the recommended garage, and was able to move the car to the hotel garage the next day.

Fantastic location in the center of Aachen. Good breakfast with lots of choices included in the price. Large rooms with wonderful views and soundproof windows (we stayed in room 603 with A/C). Private underground parking for only 18€/day.

On the pictures, the rooms have a hardwood floor. That’s why I chose to stay at this hotel (because of asthma issues). Unfortunately, the room we stayed in (603) had carpets that are not very clean. The pillows are too soft; a 4-stars hotel should offer at least 2 choices of pillows. There were a few bugs walking on the mattress, so we checked rigorously to make sure there weren’t bed bugs… and we couldn’t find any, so we think we were safe. Unlike what’s shown on the pictures, there was no shampoo/shower gel/ body lotion bottles. We usually bring our own shampoo, but since this was a very short trip, we didn’t. There was an all-in-one shampoo/shower gel/liquid soap dispenser in the shower, but unfortunately it was empty. So we took the one from the sink.

The position is really amazing. It's all in the center. You can find around all what you need. The breakfast was really good. Maybe I would like to have a little bit mor vegan food. But still everything was enought!!! The personal! Everyone cute and kind, very friendly! Thank you! The room was really big, and you have a little refrigerator and kettle inside!

Very unpleasant persistent smell in the corridor. I don't know if it's the kitchen or the laundry room. But on the third day, this smell is already nauseating. Of course, he it is not in the room, but something needs to be done about it. There is one more thing. There is no double bed. And two beds folded together keep moving apart all the time. It brings discomfort when you sleep as a couple. It needs to be fixed somehow.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fabulous location, super breakfast . We had a really wonderful stay in Aachen.

The pillows are really bad (very very soft)and only one per person. Maybe a choice of pillows would be an option and an additional plus point for the hotel. The phone in the room didn't work , so we couldn't ask for other ones . Unfortunately our room didn't have Aircon (my mistake for not checking the room description)
