Clean. Tidy. Not cluttered. Lovely location close to bus stops; the old city which was awesome with all the ancient buildings and history; downtown was in walking distance; malls & plazas filled with a large variety of restaurants of various cuisines and price points and shopping of every kind including clothes & shoes. Excellent service with quick responses.

1. Internet was not working well but that seemed to have been a main provider issue. 2. Not having 24 hr reception but you can call or email with great response times. 3. Microwave in the room would have allowed a wider and easier self service.

The staff member who greeted us was really lovely and helpful. We got there a bit early, but she let us keep our bags there and somebody even brought the bags up to our room for us, which was a really pleasant surprise. There's some nice restaurants in the area, but as Aachen is small everything is within walking distance. The nearby shopping mall had a good grocery store with good opening hours, so that was very handy.

The space is a bit small for four people. Thankfully, the weather was great and we were out and about most of the day. We could have of course folded up the pull out couch for more space if we really needed more space in the living room/kitchen.

I really liked everything, for example: - Location is amazing: 10 minutes on foot from the center. - The apartment is of a really good size. Two rooms, two king bends - excellent for a family with kid(s). There is also a good kitchen, coffee machine. You could definitely use this apartment as a base for a longer stay. - Nearby it has a supermarket, nice restaurants not far in the center, the apartment is close to the end of a pedestrian boulevard with shops, food, etc.

The check-in procedures were clearly explained and very easy to follow. There's a shopping mall nearby, which is a big plus. The staff were extremely helpful. The property has its own parking lot, and you can access the apartments directly from the parking area. The keyless entry system with a code works perfectly. The rooms get plenty of sunlight and have a balcony, which adds to the comfort. The small kitchenette is a great bonus and makes the stay even more convenient.

Location is super-convenient. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The furniture was minimalistic. And A/C was not very efficient, while open widows allow a lot of noise from the street and "homeless" people that always around and making a lot of noise at night time.

The apartment was in a good location with fine views over the city and near tourist attractions. The accommodation was clean and spacious.

The description of the property said there would be an addtional toilet. This was not the case and we chose this property and paid extra for it because with 3 people the additional toilet would have been useful. Paying for the parking was difficult, We were told to pay at reception but this was never open. I had to ring a number to arrange a time to pay which was very inconvenient and delayed our departure.

The apartment is located in the city center near the shopping street. You can reach the main attractions (Cathedral, Dom, Elisenbrunnen...) in 10 minutes by walking along the shopping street. I especially liked the security and cleanliness of the apartment. If you come by car, you have a parking space in a very secure garage for 15e per night. Nearby are the Carolus Thermen - do not miss them if you are in Aachen for 2 days. Try the fantastic Aachener Printen at Nobis or Lindt chocolates, after all, this is a city of chocolates, gingerbread and biscuits.

Cozy apartments accomplished with all nessasary things. There is a coffee- machine, toster and all kitchenware. One of my favourite arm-chair I found in this appartments, very comfort and soft. Easy commute from Aachen Hbf, and easy to access city center.

It is not very important, but nice to have: 1)the sound of floor door opening door could be a bit lower. I could hear it even though my door was at the end of the floor. 2) A Stove has only 2 places, but it is impossible to use both at the same time, because saucepan and a frying pan are too big. It will be great to have one of them with smaller size.

Comfortable, clean and affordable one-night stay. Convenient location, close to the shops and city sites. Appreciated the secure underground carpark, which was also reasonably priced. Convenient self access via passscodes that are sent the day of your check-in.

Had to pay for the carpark in person, at the receptiondesk "around the cornor" which had limited opening hours. This defeats the purpose of "no reception" check-in and check-out.

Lovely and spacious accommodation in a city centre. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all the supplies you needed .. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Be mindful (if you arrive by car),driveway leading to a car park space is rather steep. Fast internet,comfy beds,location as a bonus.

A tiny lift and small shower stall for a massive size bathroom.
