Clean. Tidy. Not cluttered. Lovely location close to bus stops; the old city which was awesome with all the ancient buildings and history; downtown was in walking distance; malls & plazas filled with a large variety of restaurants of various cuisines and price points and shopping of every kind including clothes & shoes. Excellent service with quick responses.

1. Internet was not working well but that seemed to have been a main provider issue. 2. Not having 24 hr reception but you can call or email with great response times. 3. Microwave in the room would have allowed a wider and easier self service.

The check-in procedures were clearly explained and very easy to follow. There's a shopping mall nearby, which is a big plus. The staff were extremely helpful. The property has its own parking lot, and you can access the apartments directly from the parking area. The keyless entry system with a code works perfectly. The rooms get plenty of sunlight and have a balcony, which adds to the comfort. The small kitchenette is a great bonus and makes the stay even more convenient.

Cozy apartments accomplished with all nessasary things. There is a coffee- machine, toster and all kitchenware. One of my favourite arm-chair I found in this appartments, very comfort and soft. Easy commute from Aachen Hbf, and easy to access city center.

It is not very important, but nice to have: 1)the sound of floor door opening door could be a bit lower. I could hear it even though my door was at the end of the floor. 2) A Stove has only 2 places, but it is impossible to use both at the same time, because saucepan and a frying pan are too big. It will be great to have one of them with smaller size.

The apartment was in a good location with fine views over the city and near tourist attractions. The accommodation was clean and spacious.

The description of the property said there would be an addtional toilet. This was not the case and we chose this property and paid extra for it because with 3 people the additional toilet would have been useful. Paying for the parking was difficult, We were told to pay at reception but this was never open. I had to ring a number to arrange a time to pay which was very inconvenient and delayed our departure.

The apartment is located in the city center near the shopping street. You can reach the main attractions (Cathedral, Dom, Elisenbrunnen...) in 10 minutes by walking along the shopping street. I especially liked the security and cleanliness of the apartment. If you come by car, you have a parking space in a very secure garage for 15e per night. Nearby are the Carolus Thermen - do not miss them if you are in Aachen for 2 days. Try the fantastic Aachener Printen at Nobis or Lindt chocolates, after all, this is a city of chocolates, gingerbread and biscuits.

Comfortable, clean and affordable one-night stay. Convenient location, close to the shops and city sites. Appreciated the secure underground carpark, which was also reasonably priced. Convenient self access via passscodes that are sent the day of your check-in.

Had to pay for the carpark in person, at the receptiondesk "around the cornor" which had limited opening hours. This defeats the purpose of "no reception" check-in and check-out.

Very good value for money. Lovely big space, very bright & airy. Location was great & parking underneath apartments was helpful.

The pillows, although huge they were quite uncomfortable. Normal pillows would have been better. There were also groups of men smoking around the entrance, they weren't anything to do with the hotel but walking through smoke each time going through the door is why we didn't give a score of 10.

Location is good. About 10 min leisure walk to the old town. Lots of shops nearby. It is comfy to use a lift and the key-less system is also very practical.

I think the property should check the status of the dishwater and cutlery in between the guests. Some were in a need of cleaning before using.

Large, spacious room. Clean. Good central location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Parking garages available very nearby. Good windows and Rolladen -- the street can be noisy with the windows open, but when closed it was quiet. It would be nice if the kitchen had a microwave, but it was otherwise decently outfitted.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find a sign on the door saying to check e-mail for the door code. I can appreciate that hotels don't want to give that information out very far in advance, and it worked ok for me, but not everyone is able to check their email while standing on a street corner. The elevator is very small, and there is not a laundry room onsite.

The breakfast in Das Loft café was excellent, the food was of high quality and very nicely presented and served. The underground car park is a boon if arriving by car as there are no nearby publicly available car parks which are open 24 hours a day. Being able to move luggage from the car to the apartment indoors is invaluable. Plenty of electricity sockets in the apartment and lots of light from the big windows. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

The room furnishings are very minimal. There is only one easy chair for two people. Although it is subject neither of us found the chair very comfortable - one certainly wouldn't want to sit in it and read for any length of time. The circular breakfast table is small and not really big enough to eat a snack from or to be able to place documents around a laptop computer.
