wifi should be better for pallazo 4.0 wifi doesnt work properly, 2.0 wasnt enough signal acces. wifi should be better

It was way more than I expected, it was very good with a beautiful room, a nice TV and a pair of chairs which makes you feel very comfortable. This is very good and should be higher in rates than the a&o in Aachen which I’m sure they barely clean the place.

Our bath tub was not fillable, but still, the shower is nice.

The self check-in is very convenient and simple. The room was big for the price. The bathroom and the room were spotless. The WiFi was fast.

There was no breakfast. The bed was creaking.

It was good value for money. Quiet street.

The overall look of the room was shabby. It was clear that it was not properly cleaned. Some of the lights were broken. TV did not function.

A great location midway between the Main Station and the city centre. Under 15 mins in both directions. A nice, modern room which was well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

I expected there to be a reception. I discovered it was entry by codes, which I had not received. Not a great problem but it was at the end of stressful

the place is clean and spacious. there is a bathtub a small fridge and a kettle. The owner is nice and friendly. Good value

Room was big, clean and had basic amenities. Location is okay, nice balcony. It was good stay but expensive

The sheets and the bed looked dirty. Tjey said they are washed ones, maybe but too stained and looked really pale.

The size of the rooms, the service, and in addition I could see birds, and squirrels from my window which made my day.
