Location was perfect. Getting off the train and being able to check in straight away is priceless. The amenities were everything you would expect. The room was a reasonable size and everything was as clean as you would want it to be. Good TV, good bathroom. Decor was simple but functional

The pillows didn’t have much substance (I know people have mentioned this before). But if you need head/neck support you will need to bring your own pillow because there is not much stuffing inside them. The bed was OK. Again, if you are an elderly person you may have trouble as the mattress is quite thin (more like a futon on a bed base). One thing to mention that is completely out of the hotel’s control, but the street is quite nosy throughout the night. Obviously the location it is in attracts a lot of noise and the rooms don’t seem to be soundproofed (enough or at all) to block it out. I personally woke up once or twice in the night in a jump scare. If you are a heavy sleeper this may not be an issue.

Good location just across from the railway station. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

Impersonal check-in. We found the door locked and the place dark and worried it was closed. Luckily a local recognized our predicament and showed us how to retrieve the key from the lock box.

Location is absolutely amazing! Right next to the railway station, so that it’s easy to get anywhere. I was staying there during some really warm days (30-35 degrees), but the sick building walls made my staying very comfortable, it did not feel too hot inside, despite of no air conditioners available. Key pick up/ drop off procedure is straightforward and easy. So generally my staying was nice and smooth. Can highly recommend the hotel :)

The hotel was perfectly located, close to the train station and on walking distance from the city center. The rooms were clean and all the facilities (towels, toileteries...) were provided for. The check-in and check-out also went very smooth. Even though we arrived earlier than the usual check-in, that was no problem.

As a couple, we'd have preferred one double bed with one big blanket instead of two separate individual beds with individual blankets.

Great location if you're traveling by train. Easy instructions to get the key if you arrive after the hotel reception is closed. The room and bathroom we had were basic, but large, clean and very well maintained. Fantastic value for money if you're traveling on a budget.

Nothing really. Would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee but hey for that price it's a very small issue.

Everything was fine. The room is clean and quite big. The bed was very comfortable. bathroom was also clean. To find the hotel’s location was easy the same as to get a key.

Nose from the street and smell of drag. As it close to the station there were lots of strangers that made nose and shouted and smoked. So you can’t open a window, anyway you would hear everything from the street.

Convenient hotel for Aachen Station, with clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms were quiet, too, even though the location is right on a square and main road.

No kettle for hot drinks; wifi mostly worked, but sometimes unreliable.

Very helpful and pleasant staff - young man at the desk especially (but not exclusively!) generous with information and tips about the Christmas Market and he gave us a coin token for Glühwein and souvenir cup from one of the stands.

Doris is terrific. The location can’t be beat—easy access to trains, shuttle to CHIO, and downtown. The staff made us very welcome and comfortable, and gave great advice about places to eat, etc.
