The Art Hotel was as I expected and excellent value for money. The staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the pool but the Hotel was spotless, had a nice little garden at the back and a good bar. We were given advice on a good local restaurant where we could get an evening meal, most helpful. The breakfast was good and a good variety of choices on the Buffet. The parking was safe and convenient for our two motorbikes and there was good public transport within 200 metres of the Hotel. We would happily stay again.

Nothing, everything met our expectations......

It was a very good single night stay, and the staff was very good clean and tidy all round, never used other facilities. Good fair price for my stay despite my dislikes, Worth a stay if passing through.

Breakfast was good and coffee at the table was a nice touch, but I thought it was a bit pricey compared to others I've had, but my fault for not getting a room rate with breakfast. Disappointed that the pool was not included in the room charge. All minor problems and could have avoided if I wasn't in a rush.

Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious, spotlessly clean third floor room with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Beautiful pool and wellness centre for a very reasonable fee, excellent breakfast and a very pleasant evening meal from a limited, but adequate, menu. Professional yet friendly staff provided perfect service. Would certainly be my first choice when next visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable room. Cute breakfast area and delicious choice, very handy to have a restaurant on site as nothing else around. We enjoyed a long walk to the city centre.

I do think quite a few hotels in Europe struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. . The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The lift made things easy with the motorcycling gear. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I would stay again.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! This was true last year when we stayed there and again this year... the beds' perfect combination of firmness and softness allow for wonderful rest and sleep! The hotel is perfectly located between two beautiful parks with trails for walking through woods and by streams. A nearby bakery (Bäckerei Moss, about 5 minutes' walk down Adenaueralle) had some of the most delicious bread and pastries we had eaten in years! The staff are wonderful, thoughtful, friendly and professional... they got a taxi for us on our last day which was right on time. Our room had a sitting area outside facing the garden, and birds were singing outside. We loved our stay. Highly recommended!

Very good breakfast. As I was starting my bike trip very early, it was a great advantage for me that the breakfast was offered already since 6:30am. The room was spacious, very cosy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. It was very calm, as windows were towards internal square. The lady at the reception offered to store my bike in the hotel underground parking. Relation of price to quality was really great. Overall, I recommend this place.

The bathroom is rather small.

This hotel is fabulous. Greeted by a lovely receptionist who also spoke French and English. Free parking and a lift. Nice size room with a balcony and good bathroom with a great shower. The restaurant was closed when we stayed so we walked into town (20min) and had our first Vietnamese meal. Walked back and fell into wonderful hugging beds. In the morning we went down for the inclusive breakfast that was amazing. We are already planning when we can come back and stay for longer to sample the restaurant and the wellbeing centre.

We have stayed at the Art Hotel several times, what can I say the staff are very friendly speak very good English, Breakfast has plenty to offer hot/cold, the rooms are always clean and fresh and the bed is comfortable.

Reason for not giving 10 is that parking is not plentiful, insufficient spaces for the number of rooms. You need to arrive early to ensure a space, having said that free parking is available alone the road, it is busy road and you may have a walk back to the hotel.
