The vibes from the staff were great, and the hostel is in a really nice and quiet part of Aachen. Although the hostel is locked after 23:00, you can still get in with a key if you check in between 13:00 and 23:00. Nice for an overnight and if id had longer I would have explored the area more.

There was no soap in the bathrooms, and towels are also not included with the room.

As a solo traveller, there was not much to do locally and it was 2km from the station and 2.5km from the city centre

We travelled by bicycle and all needs were addressed: safe storage room, bedlinen and towels provided. Facilites were all very clean. Breakfast was good and in sufficient quantities. All contacts prior to the arrival including during the booking process were fully satisfactory (quick responses).

Location is a very quiet residential area. It is somewhat more diffciult to move to Aachen centre for diner.

Very nice atmosphere, historical yard, surrounded by the forest. Super clean and comfortable. While it requires some 20 min walk to the city center, the living quarter is very green, with elegant old villas, cafes and forest nearby .

Lovely setting, a short bus ride from the station and maybe 30 mins to walk. Friendly welcome, clean room and ensuite. We had to make up our own beds and strip them at the end but this was no hardship. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building; self service and good options including boiled eggs and fresh fruit. There was also GF bread available for a small additional cost. Altogether an excellent sojourn

The location, in a cozy and quiet neighbourhood. ideal for resting and disconnet from the big cities, noises, etc.

Large and comfortable room. Modern and old buildings form a square on a rise in amongst trees. We were able to store our bikes in a secure place overnight. Breakfast was good. Overall a good Jugi experience.

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Very nice breakfast, showers and bathrooms. Nice price relationship, despite the noise I would recommend it.

Too many kids running and shouting everywhere, until late at night and early in the morning. The hostel is far from city center but there is a bus stop close to it.
