Basically, I booked the hotel as it was the cheapest available that also looked decent in and around Koblenz/Aachen area. Also, for a 1 night stay with 3 of us, I couldnt find other options and also needed parking. I am glad I found this one because (1) It is very close to the motorway and an easy stop over enroute with ample parking spaces (2) location was excellent as it had a KFC, McDonalds next door and a grocery /supermarket about 10 mins walk away. (3) the room - I had booked a triple room - was very compact with not much space to move around but it was functional and with good beds and clean bed linen and towels. All in all, an excellent place to stay overnight. The toilet also was compact, nice and clean with good hot water.

The main bedroom could have a little more space but then for an overnight stay over, it doesnt matter much.

The hotel is near enough the motorway, but far enough to get a really good night sleep. The room was spacious. The shower had a great pressure. We left before de breakfast which start at 6:30am, or so can t comment on it. The carpark is gated, though the gate doesn't come down Cameras everywhere. The hotel is in a commercial/industrial Park, food offers are McDonald, Kentucky fry chicken... The place is quiet and you feel refresh in the morning. I ll recommend if you are on the road.

The hotel location was excellent with secure parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the reception was a seating area with vending machines for drinks both hot and cold and a selection of snacks. The automated check-in process worked well. The breakfast was good value and excellent quality with a good choice of bread, cereals, fruit, coffee and fruit juices. Nearby there are a couple of fast food restaurants which were convenient if nothing else. The staff were friendly.

Overall there was nothing to dislike, the hotel was very pleasant.

Location was exactly where we were looking, close to the swimming pool (Aquana) we were going too. Rooms were quaint and exactly what were expected from the booking. Enjoyed the stay for convenience and comfortable accommodations for a large family.

The exterior was looking a little shabby, and others (not me) had difficulty gaining access using the digital access system. This caused a back-up at check-ins, otherwise it was easy. Breakfast was too expensive, especially with a McDonald's sharing the parking lot.

Comfortable bed, although modest, but tasty breakfast, good internet.

The room was not prepared - there were no towels, equipment scattered in the bathroom - two different paper cups, two rolled rolls of gray toilet paper. The reception couldn't understand that I had booked a double and not a twin on purpose - in the 21st century in Western Europe, I had to explain to the hotel that I had a husband, which was even more difficult because the receptionist did not speak English well - an embarrassment

Clean room. Interesting family room layout was great fun for kids. Staff was very helpful in trying to call us on time when we were about to check in too late. Late checkout possible. Plenty of parking.

No answer to messages through booking.com. Check-in times on booking.com listed wrong, and when submitting a request for late checkin, it is automatically approved even though the reception is closed at that time. Beds for two people rather small. When we booked two rooms together, they ended up on different floors.

Accomodation very basic, but clean and hygienic and sufficient for one night. Only two stools in the room , a decent chair with back support would be nice and more comfortable. Bed is good.

Breakfast is relative expensive. Better to go the konditorei in the Bauhaus on walking distance, with bakery

The hotel is excellent for families and not only. It has large paid parking (5 EUR per stay). It is quite clean and the breakfast is very good but not excessive. We have been staying in this hotel several times per year the last 6 years and we will continue using it.

Very good in its category. Kids had a separate area for sleeping. Small but smartly designed rooms. The bed was OK, linen was surprisingly comfy. On the down side, bathroom was too small, breakfast could have more hot option for the price we paid (there are alternatives around).

Big room with kids in a separate upstairs mezzanine area. Good location for a stopover. Very close to a couple of fast food restaurants which was handy.

Wasn't aware of the extra parking charge on arrival (unless I missed the small print). Car park was secure though.
