Beautiful building in a picturesque area. It is very close to Maastricht and Valkenburg and also nature - so it is a great place for a mini-break. The staff member who checked us in and out was very friendly and amenable.

The room was much smaller than I expected. The set-up of the room could have been better - the clothes hanging area over the kettle and coffee machine wasn't well thought out. There was no seating area or workplace in the room as was indicated in Booking.com's description - I had to work a little, so I had to improvise.

The property is at very good location, 15min drive from Maastricht city centre. The surroundings were nice and cozy, self-checkin worked very well and the video guide was very useful in order to find the room. The staff was very helpful and general stay was great.

The room was a bit old and had oldish odor.

We stayed two bedroom apartment and it was very good experience. We have had everything we need for the family of 5 adults and two kids to pleasant stay.

Breakfast was 16.5€ p.p. Nothing special, expected a bit better options.

The behavior of the personnel was fantastic. This was the first time ever that the owner of a hotel asked us (the customer) if we would like to have a shower after our cycling trip on the last day. They offered us to check out in the middle of the afternoon after enjoying a nice shower in our room. In one word, fantastic.

Sound insulation between rooms was bad. Tiny bathroom and very outdated furniture.

You can hear sound of the other room for instance when they used the bathroom or toilet.. The door they need to repair the lock it’s stuck to close and open Facilities of breakfast not a lot of varieties
