The location is amazing. Just on top of the happening streets. The staff were super friendly.

There was a bit more noise at night. But thats expected considering where it is. I would have expected a bigger room since we booked the most expensive family room. But got a standard roomw with three beds. I saw many fancy pictures of rooms with glass bathrooms. Which i guess is for other room types which I find a bit bizzare. But nothing to seriously complain

The property was literally at the center of everything. The convenience of being able to step out and choose from a handful of places to eat was amazing not including that the location its self runs a delicious restaurant.

The only thing I did not like was the room I was in had really dim lighting.

Very cosy room in the middle of town. Walking distance to all the sightseeing places. Great restaurant downstairs too!

We had an early night but couldn’t sleep until 11 because there was some noise from downstairs

Fabulous location and great atmosphere. Amazing decor and really comfortable bed. Enough firm cushions to sit up really comfortably in bed, which you don’t often get in hotels. Friendly and welcoming staff. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing. A little noisy in the evening with people enjoying themselves in the local vicinity but that is to be expected and was part of the experience, and it quietened down at a reasonable time. Great view from our window of the street and nearby castle, which looked fabulous by night. Just 2 doors up from the museum. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the shower was a little inconsistent on temperature, presumably due to water usage elsewhere in the building, but overall this was a small price to pay to stay in such a great place with so much character and atmosphere.

We have stayed here many times it’s always clean & comfortable, the restaurant is amazing the best in Valkenburg and location is excellent we love coming to La Casa

The only thing we would say now is the rooms are dark needs more lights

Great location. Great hotel. Staff excellent. food looked absolutely amazing. Didn't eat there as limited gluten free option.

The room could do with a full length mirror and tea/coffee making facility.

The property is in a fabulous location. rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing very delicious food. We stay at La Casa every time we visit Valkenburg this was our 5th visit

The rooms have been decorated and they are very dark they need better lighting in them.

Such a beautiful area and the hotel room was excellent. Staff super friendly.
