Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean but outdated rooms, but it is a generational family hotel so you can feel that. Room had everything you need. A small fan was provided (this was summer). Nice location on a busy street.

The furnishings could be a refurbished, however it has an old style to it which some people might not mind and even like. The TV was placed in an odd location in the room, which required turning awkwardly from your bed/chair. The mattress caved inwards which indicated heavy use and probably past its best.

The staff was very friendly, the place was in a good location. The rooms were big and clean. The extra space in the garden was also nice.

The sound isolation. You could have heard everything that was happening in the other rooms. We were with the children who played in the room (not too loud) and that was a trigger to the other guests. You are also not allowed to shower later than 23 o'clock, because it is too loud for others.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. The room had everything I needed for my solo trip, nothing too luxurious but was not to be expected given the price. Breakfast was good, a wide variety of options was provided. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I came in right when the kitchen was about to close but the chef still prepared me the best tuna salad.

The first contact by phone was very nice and friendly. My welcome was with a hug but that was due to the conversation we had. The owner She is the nice blond and the dark lady she is adorable,the chef made his own likrur and the taste was sublime.the waiter is learning dutch my compliments to him. But most of all we will go back. We left as friends and we keep it that way .if i really have to score its 100% good in every way......GREAT BIG HUGS TO YOU ALL, LOVE PAUL AND MARGO. hope to see you son. Oh they have very nice sitting places outside were you can enjoy the nature. So all that said it was pefect

The location was perfect, just a short walk to reach the many Restaurants & bars that Valkenburg has to offer. The hotel had a warm & welcoming feeling & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was quiet, clean & comfortable & the hotel provided a good selection of food from a buffet style breakfast. Secure parking was available at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit Valkenburg. Thank you Paul & Sarah

It's an old building so not sound proof. Could hear other guests talking in the corridor early in the morning...more the fault of other guests, not being considerate to others in rooms, than the hotel.

Really close to Valkenburg Centre, nice easy flat walk to the numerous bars and shops. Hotel was very clean, warm and tidy. Reception was welcoming and dealt with us quickly and efficiently. Bar area and Dining Room were set up nicely, plenty of choices at breakfast. There’s a lift which is great when hauling luggage. My bedroom (no. 4) was basic, clean, warm, and had everything I needed (spare blanket included). Tea & coffee was provided (free of charge) via a drinks station in the dining area, so you can help yourself anytime. There’s also a snack area with chocolate, crisps, water, beer etc in case you get the munchies. On the Saturday night the hotel was full but there was no noise! On the Sunday the bar area was nicely full as we watched England cruise to a 3-0 victory in the World Cup. Would highly recommend.

There were no tea making facilities in the bedrooms. The drinks station in the dining area was very helpful but, obviously, you had to be dressed to get a drink and early morning it would’ve been more convenient to have facilities in the room.

We are very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. There is a free coffe corner and some paid drinks close to the reception. The location was very nice and they have enough parking facility. It was a good value.

The hotel room is little bit old fashioned style. Maybe a bit renovation and modernisation will be nicer.

The staff were very helpful the facilities were good a nice sized Breakfast/dining area with a bar in a room next to it and a roof top seating area that wasn't originally apparent.

Rooms at the front are near a busy road so understandably traffic could be heard in hindsight we could have requested a quieter room in advance, No tea making facilities in the room but avaliable in the reception area.

The staff were very helpful & polite & couldn't have been bettered & the parking in the garage was excellent. The hotel was ideally placed for the town centre & an easy walk

The single rooms were small but adequate so not really disliked but could be bettered, there wasn't anything really to complain about
