Bed was super soft and it was moving the whole time. Was not comfortable sleeping at all. Breakfast staff the second morning was extremely rude to us, because our children were laughing too hard and wanted to sit on the sofa instead of on the tables. The woman that was on shift was extremely rude, even though we cleaned up all the mess that our kids made while eating croissants. We had to wait more than 15 min for a baby chair, for our 1 year old. And then the chair was extremely dirty.

The behavior of the worker in the restaurant at breakfast time was very bad. We were three people, and we told her that we would sit at one table, and she was not satisfied with that. She said that two people sit at a table and the other sits at a table alone. She did not agree to give us a table with 4 chairs or a table with two chairs and we put Another chair at this small table

We needed to book in early due to a wedding and that was done without any fuss. The room was good with tea/coffee available and was comfortable. All very clean and well presented. Breakfast was fine although only one coffee machine with many guests meant some delay. Plenty of parking in a well lit shopping car park directly opposite the hotel.

room very clean and beautiful. Every time my room was cleaned and the mattress is very comfortable. Bathroom very big and everything was even more higher than my standard. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I would like to find more option for the breakfast. I fount it a little bit under the standard for that hotel. Hope in the future they can consider to improve breakfast.

The view was good and the staff were kind and helpful.

The window was not opening and light was only bed lights and study light, there was no room light.

Is not the first time I choose this Hotel and usually book it due the location to my duty place, supermarket and restaurants around

Everything is perfect - nice rooms - Breakfast is very good.

Nothing the hotel can do about it but the parking is not secure. It's on a desert shopping mall, Park next to a bigger, more expensive car :-) Be aware that the hotel is inside a football stadium. There can be some noise when teams are present.

Good room and good breakfast and good safe quality e-bike storage facility (the last was most important)

The Fletcher restaurant offered very few main menu choices. (not inviting). That is why we did not use it. The Italian restaurant on 5th floor offered a variety of good meals, however our bill showed higher prices than shown on the menu card (‘they had no time to adjust’, they said on two occasions) No facility and permission to load our e-bike batteries

The hotel was great. Free parking.

It was very hard to find the entrance. The location should be updated properly on the Booking.com map. Wifi was a bit slow.
