I forgot to turn off the engine when I parked and checked into the hotel! Later that night, the hotel staff messaged me to let me know that a security team member noticed my car was still running with the lights on. They kindly turned off the engine and informed me. When I saw the message the next morning and went to check the car, everything was perfectly fine. Nothing was missing or damaged. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their help! Also, I loved the sauna in the room. Good idea!

The hotel is contemporary, nestled in a rural area, close to the lovely old De Rousch farmhouse and restaurant but also within walking distance of the city center.

The only criticism is probably linked to its contemporary nature, which we like very much, but there is simply no place to put clothes if you are staying longer than a couple of nights. We used the few hangers that were provided, but had to drape other clothes all over the window shelf in the bathroom area. A few drawers and/ or shelves would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was very good, large choice and well presented and the breakfast room was very pleasant with lots of light. Very comfortable bed. spacious bedroom and very practical bathroom with separate WC and double lavabo. Also very quiet as there are only 4 rooms per floor and there is no corridor, so there is no noise from guests coming and going. The staff was very helpful, fluent in English.

The only disadvantage is that you need a car, as the hotel is far from everything. On the other hand, it is surrounded by nature and very quiet. It wasn't difficult to get to Maastricht, after all. For that level of hotel and that price, it's worth it to stay outside Maastricht and travel by car.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, room was beautiful, views were stunning. Immaculate. Fantastic shower… also the shampoo made my hair extremely soft! Loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from beginning to end.

We booked room only for 1 night (€477) as we were going to a concert and leaving early. The next morning we considered grabbing a quick breakfast but at €19.50 a head (x4) for a basic continental breakfast, we decided against.

The hotel itself is good, room is modern and comfortable. Nice small coffee machine with tablets refilled when used. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Super staff on reception, polite and helpful, really made a day better every time I turned to them. Very convenient free parking in the hotel yard.

Lack of disposables, only shampoo and body soap fixed to the wall. Toilet door is made from half-transparent glass, and doesn't really closes anything. That's the really the biggest downside of the room and the hotel in general. But if you are alone, or don't mind a company when doing stuff - don't hesitate, pick this hotel.

Quick check in and check out (online) and nice place with the receptionist's friendly and efficient service made my visit to the Rousch a positive experience.

The breakfast buffet was amaing and full of fresh and healthy food. Absolutely delicious. We also had dinner at their restaurant located on the other side of the road and it was also fabulous and full of really great staff. The view from this restaurant is a 12++++.

I found the bedding uncomfortable and hard to control the temperature of my body because they did not have a sheet just the duvet and it's cover. I would of liked to have a sheet for inbetween myself and the duvet cover.

Staffs are all nice, overall is good. We are family with kid, booked a suite with sauna. Sauna is amazing, comfortable king size bed comes with air-con, sleep really well. Parking is included which is perfect.

Despite its modern architecture, the hotel is warm, welcoming and charming. The rooms are really soundproof and our suite was spacious. The bed is immense and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The breakfast offered a large choice of fresh products and the breakfast room is very well designed and cozy.

I would appreciate at least a little bottle of water in the suite as a welcoming attention and also a body lotion was missing in the bathroom, but these two tiny details and a simple suggestion to reach the perfection. The stay was just excellent. Thank you

The room was spacious, mattress and pillows very comfortable… restaurants and service amazing! They offer me gluten free bread for breakfast which was really good and not easy to find in hotels , thank you to the people on the breakfast section !!! Staff in general very friendly and helpful.
