Stayed in the room 505 during weekdays. Convenient location, nice breakfast. Staff is pretty awesome and allow you to check-in late (key box outside the building). You can check-in online beforehand as well. Spacious bathroom!

Windows open to an inside space, so you can't really vent your room. Room is very dark, if you drop your phone, good luck finding the light switch in the night. Noise isolation is not perfect, but they give ear plugs. During the week days, I didn't had to use them.

The location was great! Just in front of the Sint Pancratiuskerk church which was always visible from my room window. Cleaning was done every single day and new towels were provided. My room was a double bed, it had ample amount of space, nice decoration and great view. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of items that you cannot even finish all of them.

It was a bit expensive. Also though the breakfast had a lot of items, it was the same every day.

If you have mobility issues you will struggle to get in after they close the restaurant (where the lift is). Its steep stairs all the way after midnight. no fridge

Located in lively centre with colourful fair happening on 2 squares. The hotel is entered via the second floor with breakfast location looking down on a beautiful bar: very pleasant atmosphere. Room with single bed was exactly what you need. Breakfast in the morning was extensive with lots of fresh food.

At first the digital signal on the tv was regularly disturbed, but later on it was stable.

The hotel is in the middle of the center, old town. A really good location. Room nicely furbished. You have everything you need for your stay (except coffee 😉). Stairs are bit steepy, but it's good for ecersice (or you can use an elevator as an alternative - no problem 💪).

The hotel is upstairs the restaurant and bar. It's really noisy, even if your room is on the upper floor.

A very well appointed hotel in a central location in the lovely town of Heerlen, where the whole town centre is pedestrianised. The staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the impressive restaurant.

I stayed on a Friday night and had a litle trouble getting to sleep as the sound from a nearby disco was audible until the small hours. It was only in the morning that I noticed that a small packet on the desk contained earplugs!

Awesome location on the square with all the restaurants and bars right there. But as a result it is a little noisy. Ive stayed before so it wasnt a surprise. The new restaurant is great!

A little noisy, but that is what you get when you want to be right in the main square anywhere!

-Near to Heerlen station and good location -They change towels and clean bathroom every day -No separation between bathroom and toilet! -Room was comfy just the interior colour is quite dark it feels like jungle vibes but still nice!

I liked how kind and accommodating Cindy. The housekeeping is so polite and kind too. except it is being renovated right now and have to use the stairs going up,overall I am loving my stay here. The price is great because even my partner loved how clean and good the room is, also because it is pretty close to everything. Big and clean room, toilet, very comfortable. It has kettle, hair dryer, shower and the bed is amazing. I highly recommend Stadshotel. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks Cindy.

Using the stairs because the hotel is currently being renovated, but its not a big deal to be honest.

Perfect location right in the city center. Room was tidy and fit for purpose, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Staff was very friendly.
