From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by Ed and Frans. The place is warm and cozy with a very familiar vibe, as if I was staying at a family friends house. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and even made me a packed lunch to go to work with the next day because I was leaving early for work and missed the breakfast. I also had the Schnitzel dinner which was amazing. I would for sure go back here and reccomend anyone else to stop in whether it's for a night or just a meal.to check out the vibe.

Only thing I can think of is that I could hear traffic from my window but thays a given when you have a place next to the main road.

Super friendly and helpful staff, amazingly clean B&B. They provided everything we neede and more - slippers, toothbrushes, tooth paste, shavers, cuppa soup in the room.

The owners are very friendly, with a warm welcome drink to start the stay. It is good value for money, with a simple but still good breakfast included. Location is good as well, not far from the train station, and also have direct bus connection to attractions like Gaia Zoo, Kasteel Hoensbroek.

The building itself is pretty old, therefore it has all the problems with an old building -- ventilation not so good, and noise insulation rather bad. To whom are sensitive about noise, my suggestion is to bring earplugs -- you will find them very necessary.

A friendly and welcoming host ! The accommodation near to theatre heerlen where I was attending a erja lyytinen music concert! Close to that venue the accommodation also a short walk into town! A personable host with nice little personable own touches with disposable razors blades and shaving gel in the rooms and the tea ^ coffee if music brings me back I will definitely return to this accommodation

From checkin you get looked after the two guys are amazing a credit to you both. Rooms super clean every little thing you can wish for the extras are amazing in this B&B dinner was stunning locals super friendly your made very welcome. 100% coming back.. very friendly people! very clean and comfortable, good bed, clean bathroom, all provide towels and slippers and hygiene products. breakfast is included in the price. I really liked it and I recommend this hostel.

The warm greeting from owners , i think franc and Ed are best chefs try their suttee .. very clean room and beautiful decoration , 5 start cozy room really ... I will definitely go back for a visit.

Amazing friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Great location for working at APG office. Amazing breakfast and a lot of amenities provided in the room.

No air conditioner. And the bed is a bit too soft for me.

Authentic and unique location. Very cozy feeling. Lovely people running the place. I would not want to go anywhere else when I am staying in Heerlen again. Everything was well taken care off. Good breakfast and a welcoming drink with a nice welcoming chat accompanied with it.

I liked the oldness of it. It gave a unique feeling to it, but I can imagine some people would not appreciate it.
