I came to Heerlen for personal reasons for 3 nights only and had to also do work. Hotel was perfect - small room yes but i was alone and didnt need more, had all I needed including great wifi. Quiet, no disturbances, location great as it is a 5 min walk from the station, close to the center and supermarkets, bars etc if you need that. Staff very nice and helpful - recommended.

It was a small, but convenient room - perfect for one person / one night stay. Nice view from the room onto the square outside (I was in room 312). If you are looking for a good value for money hotel in the center of Heerlen, this is your hotel. I also liked the fact that they had a piano in the foyer. I played it a couple of times - it's a good one! Props for the piano!

I don't think anything could have been better, really. Location was great, the piano was great (and in tune!). Good value for money. Only thing I can think of (since you ask), is that there was no black tea in the room - and only one coffee.

The room size was great. The staff was welcoming and nice. We did not have the breakfast, but the location was great, and there were many restaurants within the few blocks around the hotel.

There was a refrigerator in the room for us, but it was small, dirty inside, and had no shelving. So wehad to stack all our cold food products. There was also a loud party/music late into the night keeping us from being able to sleep.

All together the stay was ok, for the price it met the expectations. Staff were nice and helpful, parking is nearby which was handy. Beds were very comfortable!v

Squeeky floors were super annoying when walking in the room. Breakfast super expensive - 17 euros is way to much per person so we did not consider eating there.

Breakfast was great, staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable. It's right in the center of the city, so it's quite convenient. Plenty of terraces and restaurants and shops around. I liked that there was a lot of information available for the busiest times in the breakfast area, to help plan times for breakfast. City has lots of amazing street art works in a lot of places.

Air conditioning in the room would have been nice. There was just a fan, which didn't do much. We kept all the windows wide open and the room cooled down nicely during the night, so it turned out alright.

What I liked a) location b) clean room, c) small room for one person d) reception people nice ë) good value for money Too bad there is no hotel parking, but there is a paid and protected parking garage at 1 minute walk from the hotel.

What I didn't enjoyed a) I wanted a quiet room but people next door or in the corridor make noise, b) I didn't had any Wi-Fi c) I had to pay the extra tourist tax of 1 Euro something..put it in the reservation price... 🙄

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful (shoutout to Manon and Michelle). The room was a little small but extremely functional for anyone who would be staying there. The location is perfect just on the outskirts of the main city high street and the scenery is perfect.

I normally have a few negative things to say about hotels that I stay in. However, the only negative I can really consider is that the beds have wheels on which made for fun whilst asleep and waking up in the morning to two beds on either side and me on the floor.

The location was perfect for us

Booked a luxury room only to find there was no fridge (apparently broken). They did however find us another room. Had 2 mornings of cold showers and problem with television last 2 days. Coffee machine broke at breakfast on last morning. Standards are sadly slipping which is s great shame

The hotel was in the middle of the shopping district with a variety of food places. The breakfast in the hotel was good.

Parking near the hotel is a get in where you fit in type of scenario. But they do have a parking garage on the next street over.

The interior is very pretty, the staff in the hotel are very nice people and everything was very clean.

The only 2 problems i had were; 1. The room was hot especially in the night. 2. The bathroom didn’t have a lock. Other then these 2 problems it was a very great experience.
