Extremely clean, close to main restaurant / terrace areas, town and caves. Friendly hosts. It's called a b&b but like a family hotel with breakfast available. I liked the honesty system for snacks and drinks. Some on site info on attractions in the areas too. A great view of the castle from our window.

Not a problem for us but the stairs were typically old dutch..... Steep and narrow.

The room was comfortable, neat and clean. The air-con was on when we arrived - so the room was nice and cool. Europe experienced extremely hot weather for this time of the year. Parking was nearby. The B&B was within walking distance of the old town. We spent the evening watching the Rugby Word Cup game between SA and Scotland on big screen TV at a local café while drinking and eating something. ( SA won the game) Afterwards we strolled around he old town till late at night.

Comfortable room with good beds. Spacious updated bathroom and sitting area with kettle. The location is very good close to town and reasonable paid parking close by was arranged by property. Breakfast at additional charge was good wiith wiide selection available. Valkenburg was very special to visit beautiful area in the Nederlands.

Clean, friendly staff, great king size beds that allowed for 4 sleeping comfortably, fairly priced, good location.

All was great. A small fridge could be a nice addition to the room. Be mindful you may have to walk up 3 flights (small stairs).

We loved everything! We were greeted warmly when we checked in. The room was a good size, with a lovely bathroom, and great shower. The bed was really comfortable, and we both slept well. Location was fantastic too

Felt very much at home and relaxed. Very friendly family, still had a Christmas atmosphere at this B&B so was lovely with our arrival.

The only issue we had was that the shower drain was not working properly. We did report it but as we were there for only 2 nights, maybe they were unable to repair it quickly.

Location is great, right in the center. B&B also offers discount on parking close by. Room very clean and spacious. We didn’t have any breakfast.

TV had bad connection and bed was too hard for us. Also pillow to thick, but this is personal preference

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Host was excellent in providing information about the city. If you want to avoid carrying bags to the top floors, select a room on the lower floors. View from the top rooms is amazing.

Shower system needs a little work to help with hot water.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean, comfortable and seemed to be renovated not too long ago. The location is great.

Fantastic location for the Xmas markets. But this is the perfect stay any time of the year.

Everything was so perfect, so no comment.
