The building is really beautiful, well-maintained and modernized on the inside. Location is also very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to the center and the train station. It’s very quiet and no nice can be heard from the outside. The room was spacious enough. High ceilinged rooms and huge windows with lots of light. We liked that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. During the breakfast, chai latte on their coffee machine was a pleasant surprise! All staff and personnel were all friendly and helpful. Their mojito was quite refreshing after a full day out. 😉

Breakfast buffet was nice but quite pricey for what you get. While the toilet was quite spacious but the bathroom was a little cramped. The shower area doesn’t have a door so the water splashed everywhere. The curtains weren’t fully blacked out curtains so the morning light woke us up early.

We were truly impressed by the building itself – the design, the bar, and the location are absolutely beautiful. The staff provided phenomenal service, everything was very clean, and the bathroom was especially nice and well-maintained.

What we absolutely didn’t like was the bed – more specifically, the mattress. We're usually not picky when it comes to sleeping, but something was definitely off with the one in our room. There were also a few minor flaws in the room, but due to the layout and structure, we understand those limitations. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much, as both the interior and exterior of the hotel gave the feeling of being in a modern-day castle.

Our stay at the hotel was everything we could hope for. The lady at reception was lovely, always helpful with a constant big smile on her face. The hotel itself has a magical climate of the past. The area around it was very quiet, you could really relax after long day of sightseeing or attractions. The room we stayed in was also very nice with a really comfortable bed and a smart tv. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning in this beautiful and historical place, drink a cup of coffee and walk about 5 minutes to the centrum of Valkenburg. This is a beautiful, heavenly-themed new hotel with a lovely Team an very nice located close to the city center of recommended destination Valkenburg. It is neatly renovated and has a good size parking opportunity.

The rooms are beautiful and have everything one needs. The room arrangement I was in was a little "adventurous" having a stairway in it to reach the bed. Fun, but for my personal taste I would have preferred all on one level. Yet, it gave an extra bit of charme.

We loved the location, design, staff, and the fact that there is a very nice restaurant with great food in the very characteristic building. The room was very comfortable, great amenities, and just an all-round great experience for a reasonable price - not too expensive at all! We stayed only one night as we returned from a couple of weeks in the Ardennes, on the way back north. This hotel is the perfect stop-over break for us and we will use it again for that purpose. However, the quaint and very historical town of Valkenburg is also worth staying around a few days longer, some great hikes in its surrounds as well!

This new hotel is located in the center of Valkenburg. It has its own paid parking in front of the hotel, but due to constructions we couldn't park. Luckily, there is a car park close by that has enough spots available. What I liked about the hotel: - The amazing and stylish interior! - The rooms are small, but has everything you need for a short stay - Breakfast was really good. I highly recommend it. - The beds are comfortable, the pillows are fluffy and the rooms are nice and quiet

- There was a bit of construction. - I was also surprised that we had to pay for parking. - Check-in was slow, because the receptionist tried to get us the online key card via email. It wouldn't been faster with a normal room key.

Lack of towel heater and refrigerator. Worst thing is that it’s impossible to take a shower without having to dry all the bathroom afterwards. There needs to be some kind of curtain or glass door between the shower and rest of the bathroom.

Clean, quiet, 10 minutes walking from the centre of Valkenburg, comfortable.

They had the Glas from the shower wrong installed and you needed to be careful about the water going out in the bathroom. But we asked for extra towels and it was fine in the end. The didn’t have shower gel but we asked and we received afterwards. The rooms door didn’t closed so well, but we managed in the end to close it. Overall was a great experience.

It was amazing 3 nights at hotel . Breakfast is so delicious and high service . Room is clean and bright. Bed and pillow are organic, i slept wonderful. Personal team is excellent. I will comeback again for my next trip Wunderbar!!!

The building is exquisite, beautiful surroundings and very well located. Gorgeous spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bed ! Restaurant : Delicious meals and great breakfast. The staff is nice and professional. Great experience. Highly recommended !
