We had two rooms, a triple and a budget double. The triple room was great, with a couch and good seating. The budget double was definitely a budget double. The decorations in the hotel were great, very Christmas, and breakfast was worth the extra charge in this case. (That has not been my experience in other hotels in Europe.)

The budget double was very small (tricky with two full-size suitcases), with a funky bathroom light. The only real complaint, for me, the beds were very hard.

Extremely comfortable, clean and cozy room. Adequate spread for a good European breakfast. Happy, helping and courteous English speaking staff - front desk, restaurant as well as house-keeping. Elegant decor (Christmas time). Extremely close/ 5mins walk to Valkenburg Railway Station.

Absence of complimentary tea/ coffee facilities, though electric kettle was provided on request. Somewhat bigger shower space. Slightly away from the central part of the town.

Nice big rooms (business room). Really nice breakfast and the staff really sweet and helpfull. Parkering behind the hotel for 10€/night. The location of the hotel is close (500m) to a lot of restaurant, and just 150m from the train station with easy 15min access to Maastricht. No need to have the hazzle of the traffic and finding parking in Maastricht.

Rooms could be upgraded with some facilities for making coffee/the. No fridge, beds quite (too) soft, room very hot at night, even with outdoor temperature 18 degrees.

I liked everything Is I can give a personal feedback will be to remove some of the more modern objects and decorations, add few plants reorganise the super beautiful objects around the hotel and I think it will give an extra charming look

Great location. In the town centre with parking. Our room was spacious and quiet. A decent breakfast. Quiet.with comfortable beds. Staff are accommodating.

There is no aircon in the rooms, our first night was very hot. They've spent a lot of time, effort and money on the many many decor items in the lovvy and restaurant. They should have used some of that budget for the rooms that are austere by comparison with a terribly cheap paint job.

Great location, lovely hotel and staff. The Christmas touches were wonderful and we will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly staff. Family owned. Somewhat old but clean and nice. Very attractive dinner and relax area.

If it should be something it would be nice to have Aircon in the room.

I liked how homely it felt from the minute I walked in. The decor was out of this world, the staff were so nice, especially the ladies at breakfast time.

Amazing staff and super clean hotel! They got a nice bar and nice terrace too. A classic hotel for those who wish to have a taste of good old europe. I would definitely go again.

A fridge in the room would be nice as well as other stuff like hand lotion. I also prefer key cards instead of actual metal key as they are easy to lose and large to carry around, but again this is a classic hotel..

Breakfast was plentiful. Choice of fruit juice was limited to orange juice. No fish or choice if you don't eat dairy
