Breakfast. Good comfortable beds. Clean especially the bedlinnen and towels.

When we arrived in a cold room we were disappointed as we were expecting it to be warm as outside was cold. We put the heating on and luckily when we returns at 20.30 it was warmer. No heating in the bathroom. In the booking It Said all the taxes etc were included, we had to pay €6 toerist tax which we were not expecting.

Parking is a expensive ar hotel. Overnight you can park in car parks. One up towards railway line 2hrs 7:30- 17:30. Other closer to town free 20:00 -11:00. Staff didn’t know about offsite parking We ended up with lots of very itchy bits after staying there City tax of 5€ each is expensive and an additional charge. Should be included in the price to stay there

Everything was very good...Clean, friendly personel..breakfast continental very ,very good. Location close to everything. Parking behind the building.

Our room was very cold bc one of the radiators did not work proper. And even after we complained it did not improve much. We been told that the boiler did not work well and have been repaid but it did not improve.

Nice area to dine in. Breakfast could be better laid out to help the queue. Move the coffee machine to another part and that might help.

Pillows were poor

We visited Valkenburg for a first time and the Hotel 2000, is a clean and cozy hotel with affordable price for a night.

They didn’t have option for double bed

Location is great. Everything we needed was provided, as advertised. Breakfast was great.

For me, i think the value was excellent. The room had everything I needed (bed, tv, wifi, bathroom w shower).

The breakfast selection was small, but the breakfast was just like a bonus to me since it was included, and room was inexpensive, so I didn't mind.

It has everything you need, free breakfast is a buffet so was good value for money Hot shower instantly.

It's a basic hotel. But u get what u pay for,so don't expect nice interior. Bed quite basic and toilet and room but at least there's a window for ventilation

Good breakfast,breakfast is included in the price. Balcony in room,parking front of the hotel,location is close to the centrum.
