Such a pleasant personality an always cheerful enthusiastic hotel professional who greeted everyone with enthusiasm and connected with guest in a genuine way .. a true gem …! Even people who were just passing by her counter … she would make an effort to great people … offered to bring my bags to my car while I was getting my bicycle out of the bicycle room.

Nothing Just note that the only way to park your car is at a public car park space about 3 min walk from property It’s payed parking from 11 am till 8 pm If you stay multiple days I would advice everyone to download the “Stadsparkeren” app as it enables you to start paying for the carpark from the convenience of your room eg using your phone

A great hotel, very cool rooms! The staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast is well catered. The coffee will most certainly get you going! Wonderful ensuites (even if the configuration is a little different) and very comfortable beds.

This is a great hotel, only thing you'll need to watch is that parking is across the river from the hotel, a few minutes walk away. so if you are loading/Unloading - you can drive around to the front of the hotel. Also, not that this is a negative, but this is a location that attracts LOTS of cyclists, so you need to be extra careful driving in the area.

Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms and a great location. Close to the centre, but away from the busy bits.

No parking at the hotel itself, only paid parking nearby. Walking distance is minimal, thankfully. Unfortunately they did not offer vegan options for breakfast and didn’t seem to be able to arrange something either, which was a shame.

It was reasonably close to the center of town. It was 1/2 miles, 1 Kilometer walk to all T he restaurant streets. Breakfast was 20 Euros and had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly

The public pay parking was about a 350 meters walk from the hotel and cost 9 Euro/day.

The location was perfect for our group attending the Amstel Gold Race Weekend very modern hotel the breakfast was good the staff all very helpful and polite also the fact that we had a secure room to store our bikes.

One of the main downside to the Hotel was the lack of parking. Also only a slight downside the toilet in the room which was separate from the main bathroom had no sink to wash hands in there. Otherwise it was perfect for our group

walking distance from the centrum of Valkenburg, through a beautiful street. Staffs were helfpul, I can borrow iron, spoon, etc easily.

Really nice modern hotel which is spacious, outside the town, but still walking distance. Great breakfast, good bed, great shower and if you like cycling...some great decoration.

Parking is not next door...you need to do a small 2min walk and you have to pay for parking, but ok, not a big thing.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Beautiful surroundings, but also close to cities such as Maastricht. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the room was excellent - not your typical hotel room.

The restaurant facilities can be improved upon. Practically everything on the menu was not available. A larger menu and cosy sits may attract people to spend more time (and money) in the restaurant / seating area.

The location could not be better, as it is close to the centre, the Cauberg and some of the other main attractions in Valkenburg. The breakfast was good. The hotel also offers some handy facilities for cyclists, e.g., (safe) room to stall your bike and a shower for after checkout.

The rooms are nice, but at some points too simple, e.g., it would be nice to have 1) a sink in the toilet, 2) a switch to turn off the lights near the bed (instead of only near the door) and 3) clothes hooks in the shower

Only the light bulbs were too bright, they should buy other bulbs. Parking is about 5 minutes walk, and you have to pay for parking (about 9 euros a day)
