Easy to find, a short hop on the tram from the main railway station to the hotel. The reception was friendly and the room clean, quiet and comfortable. A nice, small gym. A supermarket and pharmacy are located beside the hotel which is handy.

In my room I couldn’t switch from bath to shower. The pillow was awkward but apparently you can ask for other ones. The curtains did not close the whole way across which was odd, so the room was quite bright early in the morning. I arrived late so I didn’t have a chance to talk to reception about these issues.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy! In a very great location. Bus and train stop right outside. Grocery store only 10mins walk. Loved the bathroom! Lighting was amazing and had a little face mirror that was mounted to the wall ideal for doing makeup! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Only fault was there was no fridge in the room.

Some things at breakfast were not really acceptable in a 4* facility like this. Kaiserschmarn was hard and dry, that was really terrible, no sauces/no cream available for it, scrambled eggs were really runny/slimy (But there are many other deliciouis things like dfferent types of sausage or fresh fruit and cereals, just to be clear.)

Location was very convenient, next to tram 3 stops from messe very clean hotel good rooms new property although there is a construction site in the next plot, so a bit of noise slow/or no room service

I reached the hotel at 12 noon , but was asked to wait for check in till 3 pm Although a lady ahead of me in the queue at reception was given the checkin at 12 itself so I had to go to messe till 3 pm and wait for the room When I asked for a wine opener in my room, I was asked to wait for 20 minutes and asked to pay euro 5.

City view from the sauna and gym. Sofa and desk at the room. Cleanliness. No noise from trams to the room. Generally well functioning and good quality in everything. Breakfast good basic breakfast.

Extra payment for "spa" and sauna which didn't include any pool or bath. Breakfast could have included more some sweet bakings. Capsule coffee machine in the room did not really work, I don't know where did the coffee capsules go but I didn't get any coffee, only warm water for tea.

I have stayed in this Hotel before & again enjoyed my stay. The room works well for the business traveller. I was in Frankfurt on business & location was ok. There was a tram stop across the road which went straight into the city. The Bar/Restaurant downstairs was ok , limited menu. Barman very courteous & offered excellent service.

Coffee , tea & water wasn’t replenished every day. I also think some staff members need more training & need to communicate better with guests especially when they have conferences in the Hotel. Location a bit isolated from other restaurants.

The room was not the biggest I ever stayed in, but with practical furniture and even with safety deposit box. Breakfast was great with wide variety of food and a lot of place to sit. The location is not central, but public transport stations are just next to the hotel. If you arrive by car it is good to know that they have an underground garage. I would come back any time.

Would be good to have better (softer) pillows.

Staff were incredible both nights that we stayed. We had been unable to get onto our flight and had no luggage. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable including giving us whatever toiletries they could offer like toothbrushes & toothpaste, shavers and slippers. Showed us how to order food even after midnight and told us exactly what to do to ensure our food arrived promptly. They just went above and beyond.

Room was spacy and comfortable. Breakfast and especially the bar were nice. Quiet location close to the trade fair, but a little far from the city center. Staff was decent.

Honestly can't think of anything. Naturally, for the good price, luxury cannot be expected. But for a night or two, there is nothing to regret.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! The bar was also very clean and had a nice vibe to it. The cleaning staff smiled at everyone who walked past. The staff, cleanliness of the hotel and the location made my stay so enjoyable!
