Staff friendly. Windows soundproof, but forget about sleeping with open window, no matter where your room is located. cleanliness good. room rate competitive and I would return to this property for the same rate

room was very bland, all-white furniture, almost like in a hospital. A lot of space unused. No fridge, which means I wouldn't stay for a longer period. Location ok for the fair grounds, otherwise not so convenient.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived , the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. Overall, an outstanding experience . Definitely would recommend it!

The staff was friendly, the room was super clean and had plenty of space, the bed was comfy. The breakfast, while not huge, had a bit of everything and good quality.

The checkout could be a bit later (it's currently 11AM) The area around is dead except for the messe and office buildings. This is expected (I had to stay around this area), but except for a gas station and a Rewe at 10/15 min away walking, respectively, there's nothing else around. Not the hotel's responsibility, but good to know.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast has a broad selection , with good taste and high quality.

The bathroom was relatively older. The shower spilled water to the rest of the bathroom when showering. Some walls need some painting/ maintenance

The staff is helpful and friendly, overall clean. Good price for money, booked last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and got accommodated very well.

Clean and had nice bathroom amenities. The restaurant is very good. We missed our flight so we Lost the first night.

Couldn't cancel via booking.com. The cancellation was ignored.

Good spread of breakfast, refill of options a little slow, but did occur. Room large and spacious.

Shower/bath leaked water on floor due to uncealed shower partition. Difficult to dry as we took the option to sponsor a donation by not having our room cleaned and thus no cleaning service option.

Nice staff, nourishing breakfast, spacious and clean room. There are groceries around and bus / tram stop nearby.

Not so close to the center or attractions.

The staff is really nice and the 24h convinient store is always really appreciated. There is a store around the corner and parks really close by, getting there from the train station is also just one tram ride away (takeing approx 15. minutes)

Comfortable and clean room. Public transport close by.

Slow check in process. Had numerous problems with door access cards.
