We had the crib for our baby prepared in our room automatically just based on the booking info without having to ask for it which was really nice . Breakfast was lovely ( especially the coffee - loved it). The receptionist lent us the cutlery for our dinner in the evening to our room and she brought us a pillow for our baby which was missing in the crib - small little details and willingness make such a difference so thank you for that.

There was just one baby chair at breakfast and 3 small babies so to have more it could make life of the guests easier.

It’s a honest hotel, not luxurious but the rooms are clean and the staff is amazing. The rooms are ok to sleep in, and the bathroom has a good shower. It’s located near by a train station, so if you’re of kind of person who needs completely silence to sleep, it might not be a good idea, but I have no problems with that. There's a big free parking space and a grocery store and some restaurants nearby (5 min walk), which helps a lot.

They should have offered higher pillows, I forgot to ask for another one, and when I went to sleep I felt uncomfortable. I couldn't ask because it was late at night and I don't think there was anyone at the reception.

The included breakfast had more variety than expected including a big coffee machine and multiple juices, crossaints, eggs and more. The bathroom seemed to be renovated and looked new. Great for an affordable overnight stay in Frankfurt, especially if you plan to be out most of the time.

The room was right next to the train tracks. With the windows closed the noise was barely audible, but in the hot weather we had to open the windows throughout the day. The carpet in the room was a bit old.

The room was not too big, but it was perfect for a one night stay. It was clean and it smelled nice. The hotel is right near the train station and they made it the whole idea of the décor concept, which is nice. The bathroom was nice, water pressure was high, and everything smelled fresh and clean. They have a nicely sized breakfast restaurant and the food was plenty and tasty.

There were some bleach stains on the carpet (maybe it should be changed to some patterned carpeting), but that didn't bother us for a one night stay.

Amazing facilities for the price we paid. The person at reception was very nice and smiling. The room had very clean and comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Parking space is not enough I parked outside of hotel premises after searching for around 15 minutes and unfortunately the next morning there was no parking fine for my car.

We had a comfortable stay with our toddler. The location is good with a train and tram station nearby. The breakfast was better than we expected. There are good restaurants to order food from. The bathroom was neat and sufficiently equipped. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful!

Cleanliness can be improved upon.

The hotel is convenient for our needs for the night. It was clean, simple and sufficient. The breakfast was above average and exceeded our expectation. We needed a night near the station for a meeting in the morning and it was fine.

We would have appreciated a second pillow. The one pillow was quite soft. The rooms are very small - just enough space to get around the bed. But we did not need anything more and so it was fine. When the window is open, the sounds of the station is audible, but the room is sound-proof when the window is closed. We were able to sleep well.

Great place, staff was friendly and speak english. Breakfast was included in the price and was brilliant. Parked the car outside the main door. Def i will come back again.

A bit more heat in the room...outside was only +5°c and was very cold, and inside was fine, but if was a bit more heat was great.

The staff was very friendly. The airconditioning was very comfortable. We didn't really notice the trains outside. Free parking and good breakfast. For this price everything was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised. Recommended :)
