I wasn't able to be there during the day, staying only for one night, but I could tell the view is amazing. The room is well made, not some exceptional design or big space, but you have everything you need and a generous bathroom, amazing view from the window over Frankfurt. The staff is quite friendly, I appreciated that before asking me for my room number at breakfast, the lady asked me how I slept :)

The breakfast itself was good and you have it in the restaurant with the great view but they were a bit sloppy about cleaning the tables after someone finished eating... There was a slight sewage smell when I entered the room but it cleared after using the tap.

We were extreamly lucky to get a room that accommodate 4 of us last minute. The receptionist was nice and guided my husband to the parking place that was close to our room. At breakfast Ivanka was very nice evethough we understood very little German . The view from the dining area terrace is really nice. If we need to stay in the area we'd choose this place again.

Some wasps flew to our breakfast table but that's part of the outdoor eating experience, the host can't do much about them.

Close to Frankfurt downtown, love the surrounding area which is quiet and peaceful. Room is a bit tiny but furnished very well. Terrace is the gem, bird view of the little town is amazing. Breakfast has plenty of choices and is much better than my expectation. Hotel Restaurant provides Italian cuisines, staff are very friendly and foods are really tasty!

Room cleaning could be improved, found hair in many place when check-in. Reception lady has no welcoming smile and looks a bit impatient. Hotel has very limited parking spots, but curbside packing by the street is free.

Nice conditions, very good value for money. Clean. Breakfast is simple, with traditional items on the menu—perfectly fine for me, as I'm not very demanding. The dining area is spacious and glass-enclosed, with the option to eat on an open terrace, which makes for a pleasant breakfast experience. You can feel the morning atmosphere and enjoy a view of part of Frankfurt. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special appreciation goes to the receptionist named Sztefan.

The rooms are big and feel luxurious. Such a beautiful bathroom. And we had a really nice view over the city. We didn't stay very long, because we were travelling but I would've loved to have stayed longer. The weather wasn't very good but we saw there's a lovely roof terrace. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely book again if I visit Frankfurt.

Parking was possible but it was pretty difficult to find a free spot. We had travelled a long way so it would've been nice to be able to reserve a parking spot

Location was great - great view from the dining room over Frankfurt. Staff were lovely. Hotel warm and comfy. Lift access to floors. Late night access to hotel. Continental breakfast with machine coffee.

Pillows!! They are very soft and provide no head/neck support. We requested extra pillows in advance but really needed firmer pillows. Two thin single duvets on a double bed - the German way! I prefer one large duvet. Machine coffee was okay but preference is for a pot of coffee rather than having to queue. Same for the toaster - slow process.

A lovely small hotel with cozy rooms that have everything you need. Beautiful views of the Frankfurt city center from the windows. I also liked that the room had an additional heater, and the bathroom featured a large window.

The breakfasts could be improved—they were filling but quite ordinary. We also had trouble finding the hotel and a parking spot; a more detailed explanation could be provided in the description.

All the amenities you could expect from a hotel in this price range were present and even better than my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, shower with good pressure. And whilst kinda hard to get to (lots of one way streets) its location right next to Frankfurt makes it ideal when you are visiting that city with car.

Parking spot is kind of cramped and hard to get out of especially if almost full.

The location was very attractive and relaxed

They refused to provide an extra pillow for the child, stating that we should have mentioned the need for an extra mattress and pillow during the booking—even though a child doesn’t require a separate bed. This seemed excessive, especially for a hotel of this size and standard.

This is a really cool place! We got a room with a perfect view ("Schöne Aussicht") on the Frankfurt skyline. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and overall we were very happy with this place. There is indeed free parking, but ...

... the parking situation was a bit confusing. There are only 4 spots in front of the hotel (one of which we luckily got), and more should be somewhere else around the corner. The lift was a bit tiny, but nothing else to complain about.
