The room was clean and spacious, also the bathroom (big shower), very comfortable bed (one of the best so far). The location of the hotel is perfect and the exterior looked well maintained. We came to Bad Vilbel because of the concert at Vilco Stadthalle and the hotel couldn't be closer to the venue. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but you have plenty of parking spaces at Vilco where is underground parking garage, which is also connected to the hotel. It'll cost you 18 EUR/24h.

My slight complaint would be about the breakfast: the croissants didn't taste like very fresh and I missed yoghurt.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I like the restaurant and bar areas.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room, but nothing else.

Nice location and clean room, was missing a mini fridge and an iron as I stayed over a week however since it was January and cold, it didn't matter too much . But I was told they had a limited quantity of mini fridges.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff was friendly. Thank you to every one.River was nice.Area is silent there is a way for biking and walking.

I chose this hotel to go to the Messe Frankfurt Fair. Even the hotel is near to Bad Vilbel Bahnhof Süd, (5 minutes by walking) the location was quite complicated because there was no train access to the region due to the maintenance work on the railways. There was SAV Bus from the city center at the weekends but in week days it was really hard to go from the city center to the hotel. Train was not working either late at night. In case of every misfortune I can stay at this hotel again If I come back.

Brekfast was very nice. The room was very clean. The facility is new. The location is good for the fair visitor.

Due to the strike of Deutsch Bahn, there was no S-bahn during my stay. When I stayed here last year, I could use bigger room. This time the room became a little small, compared with las year.

The place was easily accessible by car, clean, friendly staff and very quiet. Check in is easy and locations like the Theatre Alte Mühle is in walking distance.

Parking costs extra and is run by the City Bad Vilbel. Payment was very inconvenient as you need to have exact change, otherwise it does not work. Perhaps there could be more coffee packages in the room (1 package for a room intended for 2 people)

The hotel is modern with clean styling. Great breakfast facilities and choice. Good location for a stroll into the town and convenient for train (S-bahn) to the Frankfurt Messe for exhibitions.

Very professional and competent staff, good common facilities, bedrooms were basic but very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower.

Located right next door to the venue we were going to to see a concert. Clean and well maintained Staff excellent Underground car park connected to the hotel
