Proximity to public transportation.

After 23:00 (11pm) entrance to the hotel is done with a code. A staff member wrote the code for me but I misread the code and was stuck outside for a while till another guest opened the door for me. It was an unpleasant experience and just because of a person's handwriting I could have spent a whole night in my car in dead of winter, if it wasn't for the other hotel guest who incidentally opened the door to fix an issue. Entery codes should be typed or at least written clearly instead of scribbled.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very polite and kind. We found everything we needed. The place was also very clean. It is relatively close to the airpot by road so not a bad option for an overnight stay if you have a flight to catch the next day.

Would have liked to have some coffee + coffee machine in the room - there is no tea/coffee provided.

the hotel is very nice and comfotable, there is good breakfast everyday even on weekends. the hotel stuff is very kind and helpful. we asked for a twin-bed which was managed very well before our arrival. with the train you can reach the city center in just about 10 minutes which was great. overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Great value for money. Located only 200 meters from a major tram/light rail stop and a major shopping center. The breakfast was also delicious and a very good value. My room was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom could use some updating and maintenance. Hallways very „live“ and could use some carpeting to deaden sounds of people coming and going early in the morning.

My room was light and airy, on the top floor with a good view. It was nice having a good sized bathroom with bath tub and proper window. The hotel is very convenient for the Enkheim U-Bahn terminus, making it easy to get in to town, and there is a good spread of restaurants and a friendly post office in the local area.

Personally I'm less keen on every breakfast being accompanied by a pop music channel, but some people might like it.

The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that might help is having a sheet in English that has basic information on the area like where the ATM machine is, where the subway stop is and maybe a few restaurants listed.

Overall Perfect. I look forward to using them on my yearly. Personnel were cordial, friendly and helpful

There was dust/and the room felt dusty in our room on arrival, my understanding is the probability that the room hasn't been used in a while. Maybe another cross-checking before check-in will be amazing. We also indicated 4 people 2 adults and 2 children 4-8 years however we were given 2 joint Bed and a small bed for the children that weren't sharable

Very sweet little hotel with everything u need. The price was very good and the breakfast has also everything you need, there was also a warm meal could be a lunch also! i can recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to have a good stay in frankfurt.

Hotel Klein was nice, clean, and quiet. The room was a good size and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful. Parking was a bonus too.

There was no air conditioning, which I learned is standard for many German hotels. However, it was a surprise not knowing this when arriving.

Breakfast was outstanding. The room was nice and clean. The receptionist person was extremely helpful and always positive. I had some own technical problems(not related with hotel) and the receptionist solved them all.
