I enjoyed my stay. I booked a comfort single room as I was out most days seeing elderly friends near by and the hotel was in a great location for me to bus / walk to their residence and it also has supermarkets near by and a McDonald's next door if you need. The bathroom was really clean and modern with a great shower, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet which was a big plus! The breakfast was great and good variety.

I like how clean it was and the location

I think it was a misunderstanding, however during the check in, the guy a the reception told me that breakfast was included. Next day during my check out, I had to pay for it. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but I was sure that it was included on my booking. I looked up afterwards, and it was included.

Amazing location for those who needs to attend American Consulate! Convenient to reach from Hauptbahnhof and within 5 minutes of the Consulate. Also, late checkout (12pm) -- excellent opportunity to store your luggage / large items that won't be admitted inside the Consulate.

excelent Hotel and close to things, also if you like to stay in your Room, no Bar but there is an Aldi steps away, who has everything, also as far as Restaurants go, even though there is one up the Street, it realy serves Garbage and down the street, is at the left hand side, about 200 Meters and excelent Italian Restaurant, great Piza and things, other then that, tak the Tram to Konstantiner Wache, is about a 5 Min ride and has plenty of Restaurants and Pubs

Welcoming staff and very comfortable rooms. Cleaning staff were excellent. Close to trams for easy access to city centre.

Better Hotel Signage

For the close proximity to the american consulate was the crucial reason to choose this property.

That wenhad booked a triple room withe one double and 1 single bed. Instead we got a room with 3 single beds. Plus the price for the triple room we received was not justified.

Location and cleaniness.

Its not worth for the price.Too small,I didn't even have space to open my luggage.

Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff. I had to go to American consulate so chose this one which is just 5 mins away from Consulate. Rooms are clean, good and breakfast is adequate. Close to McDonalds and close to supermarkets. Wasserpark tram stop is right next to hotel.

Breakfast could have more options.
