The manager and staff at Motel Frankfurt are friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking and you really don't need a car as restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and more are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is very good with all you would ever want including eggs, breads, cheeses, vegetables, and much more. There is excellent coffee and tea assortment. The rooms are perfect with plenty of space for sleeping and a small desk for working with laptop. Teevee and tiny refrigerator too. I am so comfortable here that I have now extended my stay!

The rooms are comfortable and perfect for a one week stay. Very clean and all the essentials including a desk so I could stay connected to work via laptop. And very, very quiet for a good night's sleep! The breakfast every morning is tops! Perfect way to start the day with variety of breads, yoghurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, cheeses, and a great coffee machine! The people who work here are professional, friendly, and helpful. We won't say anywhere else!

The place is decent and clean. The reception staff are extremely good and helpful. Naomi helped me to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs when I checked in. Tatiana and Alicia helped me to get my public transport access when my credit card did not work in the rmv machine and Alicia even helped to take my luggage to the nearby station. As a foreigner, I found Tatiana's advices very valuable. Even the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Nice place with nice people. Thank you.

Having a lift to access upper stairs would be great.

Location is very convenient, there's an underground station and a tram train station very close by. The room had a lovely calming view of trees and nice houses, breakfast was self-catering and there was a good choice of options. The area is very quiet with a feeling of nice fresh air. Staff was kind and helpful.

However, if there are other guesses staying in the adjoining rooms you can hear voices from the distance. Coffee wasn't of good quality neither the eggs but somehow it compensate with the amount of choice there was. I never understood why they charge me 8 euros as a tourist charge, I've never heard of it before and I have been coming to Frankfurt for some time now and stayed in various hotels.

Location was perfect, trains running every 2-3 minutes all day to get into city centre in 10 mins, we were there for the Euros and it was an ideal location. Local shops and bars were handy too, and the local bakery was amazing. The breakfast was fine but can't grumble for the price of the rooms. Great value for money.

For the price, difficult to complain about anything.

I always stay here when in Frankfurt. This is a very decent and clean motel, close to the Westend Campus of Frankfurt University, a bit outside the city centre. Easy access by public transit. No frills but very competitive pricing and good breakfast buffet. Excellent wifi. Staff is responsive too.

The pillows are very soft and don’t provide much support. The lighting behind the bed is too dim for reading. Otherwise great value and no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks and a bottle of water as a welcome drink! Overall our stay was good.

Close to station and well accessible by public transport.. Easy checkin process on getting keys, decent space for a family of 3, good paid breakfast option

Checkin instructions should have been clearer on room direction.. Rest stay and hotel is good

I had an injury that required me to use crutches to walk. I let the hotel know before arrival and they gave us a ground floor room that was a very short walk to the breakfast room. We could also bring the car close to our room door which was a blessing.

The bathroom was a little cramped as I need to use crutches. Without the crutches this would have been fine.
