This is my second stay at this lovely accommodation, in a month. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and quiet. I love the little kitchen. The location is fabulous. 1.5 blocks from a convenient metro station. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast(6 - 10) is a real winner, and the restaurant has excellent dinner service, as well. Once again I received exemplary customer service, from both gentlemen, at the front desk upon check in, and from Carla and Amanda upon checkout. The staff here really goes above and beyond.
No complaints.

My partner and I stayed at Rioca Frankfurt am Main for 6 days and had a genuinely lovely time. The hotel has a unique Brazilian theme that makes it feel like a little getaway. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the smell of plants and the gentle sound of birds playing in the corridors create a calm, tropical vibe. Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. We had a private bathroom and a small kitchen with everything we needed — pots, pans, cutlery, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The swing chair in the room was such a cozy touch, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat. There was a generous buffet selection, from scrambled eggs and bacon to fresh salads, bakery goods, fruit, and even some Brazilian snacks — the cheese balls were to die for! It was great to have such variety to start the day. We also loved that the coffee machine in the restaurant/bar area was available for free from morning to night. The people working there really made our stay special. At check-in, we met Sara, who worked in the evenings. She was kind, bubbly, and made us feel welcome right away. We often spent time at the bar in the evenings, and seeing how warmly she interacted with guests was truly heartwarming. The barman was also incredibly friendly and helped us pick drinks — it was fun watching him prepare them. In the mornings and breakfast time, we were greeted by Carla, who always had a warm smile and was quick to help with anything we needed, whether it was milk for our coffee or holding onto our luggage for a bit. One thing that stood out to us was seeing the CEO of the hotel chain celebrating Easter with friends and family at the hotel bar. It gave us the impression that this hotel is more than just a business — it’s a place with heart and community behind it. The location was quiet and peaceful, with nearby public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. Everything we needed was within easy reach.

Stepping into the hotel is like a transportation to Brazil: on point decorations with a very chill vibe everywhere. The lobby/bar/restaurant is beautifully decorated and super well displayed with a stunning view above Frankfurt’s skyline, inside and outside. Breakfast was both healthy and savoury with brazilian specialties. The room was spacious and an all-you-need kitchenette. I loved the swing chair and also the bird sounds in the aisles. Staff is absolutely friendly and generous with their good vibes. I would definitely come back.

Everything was just perfect, except for the woman at the reception desk. I don't remember the name but looked like she was in charge and she was awful. i cannot let that influence my general review of the hotel, but she was really bad!
as i already mentioned, the lady in charge was very bad. she was bad at communication and she wasn't genuine at all. It was like you never knew what was she trying to do. She sold dental kit to my co-worker, while I on the other hand got it for free as expected. She was just awful, get rid of her, don't let her spoil this beautiful and amazing hotel!

I was very happy with the accommodation and would really recommend it! The self check-in was quick and easy, the hostel and room were great, breakfast was also great :) very happy to have discovered this place!
The only tiny complaint is noise, I could clearly hear when the person in the room across from mine was listening to their music. However, that didn't last too long and I could've always asked them to turn it down. On one of the nights there was also a group of people partying in the area just behind the hostel (my windows were to that side), but when I closed the windows it didn't bother me much :)

Very clean and modern Hotel. I liked the showers and the whole vibe of the hotel. The restaurant on the top was nice too- great cocktails and Nachos - the service was very slow however. The breakfast in the morning is in the restaurant too- service in the morning was excellent. Liked the breakfast selection. Close to u bahn stations on either side
Service in the evening- was slow maybe busy night- they apologised which was fine. When i settled the bill however i was asked why i didint leave a tip , told him why and i guess he didnt like it. Even though he wasnt our main waiter. Generally i dont like if i am being asked why i dont leave a tip.

I loved the modern and clean feel of the apartment, which had a cozy and welcoming design. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stove, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The white bath towels and bed sheets were fresh and added a nice touch of comfort. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few small things that could have made it even better. Although there was a kettle in the unit, there was no tea provided, so I had to go to a restaurant to grab some. It would have been nice to have a small tea kit available. Additionally, a few extra bath items like cotton pads and ear sticks would have been helpful. Despite these minor points, everything else was wonderful, and I had a great experience overall!

A new hotel with a modern construction. Getting to the hotel by car was easy. A comfortable parking garage under the hotel with multiple parking slots. The decorations was great, the sound of birds giving you a fantastic feeling. The room was large with large bathroom. With a kitchenette and a large TV and sound system. The decorations was vivid. Electric darking Jalousien and air-conditioning ensure a good sleep. The staff was fantastic, thanks Amanda for the hospitality and help by invoice corrections. The restaurant has amazing view of the skyline. The breakfast was good with Brazilian taste.
Nothing, it is one of few hotels that you can give this rating

I loved the size of the room, the big window. Bathroom was great. Pillows were fab, and I liked the swing chair, and the foldaway desk. I liked the Bluetooth speaker/ charger table too. The upstairs outdoor rooftop seating is also really great on a sunny day. I also enjoyed the feeling of being in Rio:-)
For me, there is too much ‘design’ over function in places and quite hard to navigate with less than perfect vision. E.g. black cupboards with black interiors making it super hard to see what was inside. Dark corridors make it uneasy to walk around, and hard to focus. Black sockets hidden right over the sink, where i could neither see nor use them easily. I also cannot understand why an apartohotel would close the restaurant on a Sunday when supermarkets and cafes also seem to be closed (and to be fair it’s not exactly a bustling area). At the minimum it should be possible to get a snack or a basic box of food items every day of the week. Guests tend to want to eat on a Sunday, just like on any other day!

Sara and Leoni were absolutely fantastic! We stayed there for two nights at the start and finish of our trip. Cannot commend them enough :) On arrival we were absolutely knackered and they managed to get us into our room at 2pm! They made it such a pleasant experience and we will definitely be staying at one of Riocas hotels again! They even left a little box of chocolates for us! :) On our last night the two other gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful along with our waiter for dinner who served us one of our best meals of the trip.
