The clean environment of the room. The access to the rooms with automated doors and secure well serviced lift. The bathroom was quite roomy and had all the essentials.

A large portion of the tv channels were not working. The breakfast was quite ordinary for the price. The attendants could scantily understand or speak english.

Well I was pleasantly surprised at how well this hotel exceeded my expectations. We requested twin beds and the hotel was great at providing this request without issue. We arrived horribly late (21.30hrs) due to Ryanair being the totally useless sh*t-show they normally are, and the hotel were so accommodating and took it in their stride. We got pizza from their in-house menu which was great value for money. The room had air-con which was perfect in the humid temperature. We both loved the walk-in shower and the very modern bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed really comfy. The staff were so accommodating and understanding of our plight that we felt really welcomed and valued. The breakfast was another example of their superb Value for money attitude and exceeded our expectations again. I really reccommend this hotel to anybody wanting to stay. There was even a lift, which was a godsend for me, that helped me get up to the first floor. I had walked for miles through both airports and I was almost crippled because I suffer badly with osteoarthritis in my hip.

Rooms are very clean but basic. Value for money. We stayed here before, staff is very friendly, reserved a parking lot and was available. Breakfast is nice,has a good variety and good coffee. In the rooms are no coffee/thea facilities but you are free to take some FOC from the breakfast facility. Good thing is if you don't want breakfast each morning you can come when you do like to have it and you only pay for that day. Price was very reasonable € 13,50 P/P.

Parking is narrow and to enter the carpark you have to go out of your car to swipe the card. Room was quite warm and due to the traffic noise it's hard to keep the windows open at night and our room was on street level this time. It would be nice if they give you the opportunity to use the airco even in winter time but that was locked.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room; the furnishings were quite modern and looked brand new, while the historic wooden beams were still in place. I booked a single room but was put in a spacious one. I found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. The heating, hot water, and water pressure were great, as was the wifi. The breakfast was decent - nothing spectacular, but quite a few options and tasty, with a variety of healthy options. Check in was easy (although the automated machine outdoors didn't work for me), as was check out.

There is some noise and light coming from the nearby large roads, so consider bringing ear plugs and an eye mask (I did and slept great); it might also be quieter on the back side of the hotel.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Located within walking distance to the consulate and with an easy connection into the center of Frankfurt, it easily filled our needs for both tourism and necessitites. It was particularly easy to park there and the staff was great, helping us find our way to those places that interested us. In particular, we had not been prepared for such a small and fine (fein und klein) room, which we enjoyed very much. We enjoyed that the building has both stairs and a lift.

Hard-pressed to think of something that was lacking. Having the breakfast room double as a bar in the evening would have been a nice touch, but the fridge at the desk has a nice assortment of drinks available and that sufficed.

The staff are the best. That part I always appreciate. It's a nice location outside the hustle and bustle of Frankfurt, but still accessible with a few min by train or scooter. There is on-site parking, but also free parking along the road nearby. There is also a McDs just adjacent for the times when it's late and you just need a quick bite. There is also a late-night checkin kiosk which I've used twice and worked fine both times. The rooms are well sound isolated which is appreciated, but their overall quality differs from room to room. I stay there about once a month, and sometimes the shower or bed or other aspects will be better than others, but overall it's a reliable place with great value for money.

My last stay was perfect, but a previous time the shower was little more than a sputtering pipe, and another time a sheet cover looked like it had a blood or chocolate or wine stain, which of course I would have expected to be cleaned... Other than these little things which can be fixed, no big problems.

The hotel is on a busy road but rooms have good double glazing and air con so not intrusive. Bed was comfortable and shower room clean, good strong hot shower. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet with good selection. Ideally located for American Consulate round corner. McDonald's next door open most of day and night and Aldi short walk up road. In the suburbs but bus and trams nearby go to centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and had everything I needed - this at a reasonable price for the location.

Parking is very limited. I had even indicated in my booking the special request that I wanted to book a parking spot. However, this apparently didn't go through or wasn't seen. I was lucky to get a spot when I checked in. Room extremly small, walls very thin / badly insulated which resulted in hearing the neighbors' every move.

We had a 7am appointment at the American Consulate, so breakfast didn’t start early enough for us to eat at the hotel, but luckily there is a McDonald’s next door, so we were able to get something to eat.

The location is great. The area is pretty safe with access to the public transport. Aldi, Lidl are close by. There’s also a McDonald’s at walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is pretty good. The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need and they speak very good English. They also have 24 hr check-in check-out policy which is great for those arriving early by flight.

The cleaning service is only available until 2pm. Could have been informed about that beforehand.
