This hotel is close to a bus/train stop, making it convenient to travel to the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped—you can even bake a cake if you want 🙂. The lobby is nice and cozy, a great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The manager’s support was fast and helpful. The online check-in and check-out process was smooth, with clear instructions, so there were no issues getting in and out. The internet connection in my room was also good.

Free cleaning is available once a week, but I think that’s not enough. By the middle of the week, our room was already quite dusty. If you don’t want to cook, there aren’t any places nearby to have breakfast—except for a fast-food option about a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel is a hidden gem and is located away from the hustle bustle of central Frankfurt. I found the stay very comforting, specially the reception area, where they had a coffee machine and a few sitting tables for guests overlooking the main road. Apart from this , the kitchen on every floor was a great help. The staff at the reception are very helpful.

When i checked in the dustbins of my room were not cleaned. The hotel is about 30 mins from the central station or Messe. When the public transport union went on strike (which is happening everytime now when we visit messe) , it costed a lot of money to take the uber .

These are hotel-style apartments with a reception desk, where staff are available according to a schedule and ready to assist if needed. One of the main reasons we booked this place was its perfect location — just a short walk from the concert hall where the event we planned to attend took place. That convenience was a big plus for us. There are also shops nearby, and a public transport stop just across the street. While the neighborhood isn’t central, it felt quiet and safe. The staff were polite and helpful, although we didn’t need any assistance — everything in the room was in order, and our stay went very smoothly.

Excellent position if you wan to be in the east of the city. Very close to train station with regular trains into town. Sonja and Maria on reception are excellent hostesses and very helpful.

The rates to this apart/hotel vary so much. I have lived there for work now for the last 8 months and I don't think I have paid the same rate twice.

The location is just perfect. We were taking metro (U4, U7) and the hotel is located right in front of it. Checking in is very comfortable and easy. We got all the instructions in advance before coming to Frankfurt. The room was quite spacious, clean and had all the conveniences. We had almost everything for our comfortable stay. The receptionist is a very polite lady who helped me with all the questions. Besides, there is a shared kitchen in every floor(I guess), and comfy place in front of the reception.

The blankets were quite small, that is what i did not like :(

The staff on hand when we arrived and before via chat were very helpful. There was a miscommunication with our booking but the staff sorted it no problems. Ideal location just 15 minutes from Frankfurt centre and the u-Bahn stop right outside the apartments. Very clean and modern aswell as spacious rooms. The value for money especially during euro 2024 was very good.

The only slight downside was the shared kitchen. We went in it on day 1 and there was food in the cooking pots which had looked like it had been there for several weeks.

The room was super close to the gig venue I attended - much closer than I realised! The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, very helpful. The bed was big, the storage in the room was excellent, and the bathroom was a good size, with enough space to put cosmetics/toiletries and clothes.

The only thing I didn't like is that my room had a strong smell of men's deodorant when I went in which persisted for a few hours, as if it had just been sprayed in the room. This is literally my only negative. everything else was spot-on and lovely.

Everything was great, very clean, the location is on a very comunicative place. Also the self check in is made very smart with all the automatisations. Strongly reccomend it. Thank you SMARTments 🥰

Everything was great. I have just one recommendations: it will be better if there were also thinner blankets, because the room is very worm.🤗

It's great location (15 min from centre by U-bahn, station is right across the street of hotel). We stayed there second year in a row, were satisfied the same as previously. Rooms have good sound isolation, beds are comfy. There is communal kitchen, where you can cook. Receptionists, when they are available, are very nice and helpful.

Rooms are not sound proof, there are some unpleasant neighbors who made too many noise at most of the nights specially when opening and closing rooms doors with a huge noise shaking my bed.
