Very cozy and welcoming Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The position right in the center is excellent for going out without having to move the car. The car can stay at a public parking spot right next door (paid parking during the day). The choice of breakfast items is very interesting and well thought through.

The forth floor is not accessible by elevator. This makes for a great exercise when carrying suitcases (not really a problem).

First of all, there is parking right behind the hotel, which is a huge plus. Free from Saturday from 2 pm until Monday morning. (Stand February 2024). When we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly lady. She explained everything to us and off we went to our room. We had a lovely family room, which was extremely clean and smelled lovely. The beds are very comfortable. I wish I had read the part before where it says I could have asked for another pillow. Well I know for the next time. We even got a little chocolate on our pillow and water as a welcome (again, stand 2024). Breakfast was beautiful. The most amazing selection of anything your heart desires. We will definitely return. Freiberg is a beautiful little town, and this hotel is right in the center and walking distance from all the sights. The view from the hotel windows is also breathtaking.

Very welcoming staff, very clear instructions before arrival about parking and reception hours. We did get an excellent lunch package as we left at 5.30. Room was large and squeeky clean. Easy and cheap parking behind hotel. Location is excellent. Filled mini bar. Very quiet.

Lighting in the room is not very cosy. No power outlets close to the bed.

Everything... staff, location , breakfast, reasonable

The only thing was that we needed about 5 ice cubes for some meds... they had no ice BUT they went next door to restaurant and brought them to us! Thats what I'm talking about!👍👏😊

Close to the center train station, decent, cozy and clear room. This is the main reason I chose Freyhof. In addition, I will rebook this hotel for not only the reasons above. Take Freiberg as Freiburg mistakenly. Very kind that staff and manager understood this beautiful fault and help me out finally. Very pity that I can't live in Freyhof, which had been highly expected among all the FREIBERG hotels. I will be there in the future.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs and chocolate covered ginger bread cookies, even hot chocolate! Location was perfect and we walked to the Christmas market.

Nothing. If much hotter, then air conditioning would be desirable. We were comfortable with the widows open. Very nice rooms.

The restaurant was very nice. The desk clerk helped us with our train reservation. Location was easy to find and close to the picturesque old town in Frieberg.

There are two parking lots, but we passed the first one which is paved and parked in the second one which is not paved and a longer walk from the front door of the hotel.

Beautiful, traditional hotel at a prime central location next to the cathedral. Very clean. Pleasant, professional fellow hotel guests on business trips. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and charming staff. Probably really nice value when you get given a better room than I was.

My room was absolutely tiny, that bit too small to feel good value for the money. The TV was tiny, like a small older computer monitor. There was only one duvet and pillow on the double bed. Even travelling solo, I prefer two pillows and duvets, otherwise the bed feels empty and it feels stingy. The view overlooking the parking lot also wasn’t nice. The seating outdoor area of the restaurant has chairs and tables not suitable for eating. I waited too long for anyone to take my order, so left for another restaurant.
