Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was also excellent. Quiet surroundings right at the end of the tram line.

I just thought the breakfast was a bit pricey, but then again everything possible was available and you can have all you want. A fridge in the room would have been handy, but not a big deal.

Everything as advertised. Bed is comfortable, room service and cleaning daily. Safe area, next to tram and bus main stop, just 10-15 min to city center. A big shopping mall located next street.

There is no fridge or any amenities in the room. A kettle would be good to have some coffee or tea.

Have stayed in a few Ibis budgets and would use again but tried two B and Bs on this trip and they are a step up for close to the same price, B and B rooms are bigger with more storage and socket outlets

The property is great, location gets good marks for being close to main roads but a lack of restaurants nearby, although there is a tram stop outside so you can get into town

Clean, quiet hotel. Small but very functional room with a table and two chairs (convenient for two people), good vanity space around the sink, well-located electrical outlets and clothes/towel hooks. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower with a handy liquid shampoo and body soap dispenser, soft towels, fast wifi, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Shopping mall with retail stores and a large supermarket directly across the street.

Would be nice to have a small bench to set luggage. Otherwise our room was perfect. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

We always stay with B&B when we travel through Germany and Belgium. This one was great, and had all the facilities that you'd expect from the brand. Really comfortable and had a great night's sleep.

Location was easy to get to the town, but you do have to get the tram. Luckily the tram stop is right next to the hotel.

Long reception opening hours, the room equipment is relatively new, clean and comfortable. Code-opened door (no key to lose or problematic keycard). Far from the city center, but there is a large bus/tram terminus (Haid/Munzinger Straße) right next to the hotel, from which you can take tram 3 directly to Freiburg Hbf and the city center in cca 15 minutes.

The hotel itself is beautiful and looks very modern. The room was super clean and perfect in size for 3 people. Beds were comfy and it was a pleasant 1-night stay!

Found the location a bit far from attractions or the centre itself but it served the purpose for 1 night.

Handy location if visiting Triberg waterfall or the Black Forest with free parking and friendly staff at desk.

Rooms are tiny - no place to open up suitcases if going with a family of 4 - not too bad but felt the squeeze.

Well located by a tram and bus station which meant you could get to and from Freiburg easily. We would definitely use this hotel if in Freiburg again.

No tea coffee facilities in room but staff provided hot water at reception. No phone in room to ring reception but reception sorted all issues I had
