We have spent two nights here with our dogs. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. We even got a present for our pups (a bag of quality treats) which was a really nice gesture. We were there by car and it was just a short ride to the city center. The hotel has parking just across the street with ample space. The room was fine. Really clean and tidy, but was one of the not-renovated ones. I only did not like that it had a wall-to-wall rug and I am not fond of it. But it was clean. And our yorkies loved it as the floor was not slippery 😄 We had breakfast in the hotel and it was good, with different sweet and savory options. There is a great selection of coffee and tea. There is Edeka just across the street so it was easy to buy whatever we needed. In case you do not opt for beakfast in the hotel, there are also many nice cafes and bakeries in the city and one bakery is on the corner next to the hotel.

Pillows were down filled and I do not like those as they always tend to get super flat under your head.

Very nice parking, rooms are average good, but 7€ for a bottle of water looks very expensive. However, the Hotel is generally good, especially considering the position. They have 2 parkings: one is outside (big, you will find park), the other is inside, in the underground. There, it is not easy to find something but if you find it's covered. Also, I think the hotel is pet friendly, which I appreciate. Just before the hotel there is a very tasty bakery.

Staff is nice but there was only one guy splitting between restaurant, calls, reception, several problems... For Italian readers: it remembered me the first act of a Fantozzi movie when he is alone covering the positions of all office. Rooms are average, not big not small, toilets are just fine, as well as the shower. Downstairs there is a Sauna working since 16 untill 22, with ONE machine to make exercises (sort of gym). Not much, but it's something.

Reception staff were welcoming upon arrival. Overall the hotel is clean and offers good value for your money. There is free parking in a lot across the street and just behind the parking lot is a grocery store that makes great sandwiches. The hotel is located outside the city centre but we found it very easy to make our way into Freiburg. Our room faced the main street and even with our windows open we didn't find it too noisy. And thank you for providing umbrellas -- they came in handy during our stay!

The pillows are very soft - even with two of them, it wasn't firm enough for our liking. The breakfast was ok - decent amount of choice but the eggs and bacon were undercooked for our taste.

The room was extremely quiet, clean comfortable. The coffee and breakfast served to my room. Even when it was raining and I wasn’t prepared for such a weather, the staff ensured to find me an umbrella! What exceeded my expectations is without a doubt the staff! When I was looking for a Taxi to reach the company, one of the staff kindly offered to drop me off to my desired destination. I’ve travelled many places and visited many hotels, never did I have such an experience!

Nice spacious clean rooms for the whole family - we’ve booked two rooms next to each other for a more than pleasant one night stay. The people were nice and polite and thought with us for gluten free options for diner and breakfast. The restaurant was great - really nice food and atmosphere including the people working in the restaurant while it was a very busy night for them we felt welcomed and were served with a personal touch!

Everything was much better than we expected.

I arrived at ca. 5.30a.m. and they had alrady the room available for me which was soooo good. It is a traditional hotel which gives a cozy and competent feeling. didnt have breakfeast cause I was busy outside. Slept until late and it was amazingly quiet. the bus stop is right on front of the door and has the name of the hotel, bus passess by very frequently and brought me conveniently to where I had to go. the neighborhood and proximity thereof is quite interesting, and there are enough options for eating, supermarket in front, etc. I extended the booking for 1 day which worked seamless w/o changing the room. dont want to comment about every detail but I would say it is a good place to stay, and cheaper than in the very center. didnt use the sauna which is a nice plus (cause I went to the thermalbath).

In the end, our goal was seeing Freiburg and drink some wine and just stay in somewhere. But hey, that hotel was quite nice. Quiet, clean, tidy, offers free parking, close to the bus station (10m away). Big comfy beds, enough space for a family. At first, I thought it was far away from the city center. But nope, that's just OK. If I'll go to Freiburg once more, I'll stay here again. After this hotel we went to another in Colmar. Because of the experience we had here, we didn't like the hotel we stayed in Colmar. :D

I liked the stay there, the room was big and clean, the staff spoke English and there was free parking available. Also, they included dinner to the bill and breakfast was for any choice and flexible on the time. Also there were sauna included to the price.

Dinner options were quite expensive. The hotel is not new and it is noticed everywhere, beginning from reception, up to rooms, which require some renovations and furniture upgrades. Also it was provided with feedback form in the room, but it was on german, i would be happy to fill it, but i don't speak german :)

Good clean and comfortable hotel. Minibar (stocked, chargeable, but reasonable prices) Free underground car park. Good quiet location, on the outskirts of Freiburg im Breisgau. Bus stop right outside the hotel door straight to the centre of Freiburg, then only a 10 min walk to the quaint old town square.

🤔 Apart from no kettle in the room, nothing at all that we would complain about!

quite nice hotel, amazing location, private parking garage , my car is too big had to park outside , great breakfast !! really good choice of food fresh croissants very clean room !! and nice big shower with amazing hot water and pressure!! room has a minibar with cold drinks very nice and for good prices

The pillows are too soft had 2 not even enough!! the air conditioner doesn’t work properly very loud and even on max was warm in the room didn’t sleep well at all slippers would be great in the room !!
