The room was very spacious and contained everything necessary. The breakfast had a relatively large selection. But definitely the biggest advantage is the 24/7 check-in.

The room was missing some furniture (for example, a small ceiling light, a door to one of the rooms and a handle from a smaller window). The heating was not functional. And the parking was free, but it was quite confusing to find,where to actually park.

The room was spacious and clean nicely decorated. The breakfast was abounded and delicious.

The insulation is poor we heard people in the other rooms. The mattress was for one part to soft and the hairdryer was a pain in the neck.

I kept getting phishing messages from this hotel via booking.com to confirm check in via provided link. Hotel did not address this serious security issue whatsoever. I wouldn't be surprised if my personal details got leaked as well.

i liked the bed, it was so comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok, not bad indeed. Free otopark was good.

Reception-girl was not so good in her job. She must be trained about front office procedures. Location is not perfect, about 5 km from centrum but public busnis available.

Room very good size bed comfortable. Bathroom had everything that was required, plenty of towels Breakfast good choice of foods only downside no English Breakfast tea.

Very spacious family room with 2 double beds, a sofa and tv.

Our room was on the lower ground floor opposite the door to the car park. Unfortunately this door was open and was the smoking area.

Easy check in, a super friendly staff, modern outlook and ambience, compact and cozy bedroom and super comfy beds I sank in for deep sleep with all modern facilities, great breakfast

The balcony was awesome, we appreciated the rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was on a good location next to the bus stop.

all as requested on booking very pleasant staff excellent breakfast we even added an extra night to our stay, so we could stay longer in the Lake Constance area my wife is talking of us going back soon

I had read some of the reviews on here before booking and I now think a lot of them are fake. So many of the comments are not true . The hotel is great. The room was lovely, the shower massive, shower gel smelled lovely. Bed comfortable. Absolutely nothing was wrong and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
