When we arrived late, we found the key in a key cabinet at the reception desk, but we hadn't received the code by the time we arrived, so we had to call the number provided to request the code. A separate code is required to access the parking lot and the hotel. The room had older furniture but was clean. Parking is available in a closed underground garage. There is a free drink vending machine (coffee, tea, chocolate) at the reception desk. Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Room #1 is for 4 people but 2 ppl on enlargable bed. It was not comfortable and for adult 180cm+ small. But we used it for small kids. Room is big enough 30m2, no smell from bathroom (which is already plus :) ) soap provided even ear cotton buds provided and cream. Water 0.5 dcl sparkling and still with glasses. At reception is a coffee machine and tea provided and you can use it as much as you want. Opposite of the hotel is a small shopping mall as well as very good pizzeria Pasquale. Also kids parks are close by. Internet works well but you need to log in again through initial.site.

We missed blackout curtains and beds are rather soft.

What a great little hotel. Room was well appointed, clean and spacious. Ideally located for the town and local attractions with free underground parking. Whilst no coffee / tea making facility in the room there were two bottles of water and in the foyer a coffee machine that was free to use and was a very decent coffee too! Definately on our "return and explore more" list.

The rooms of this hotel are amazing in every aspect! With a perfect score of 10, I can't do anything but give abundant compliments for the excellent quality of service and the unforgettable experience I had here. The bed in the room was comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep after a tiring day. The environment was very clean and well-organized, giving a wonderful sense of relaxation. The staff was exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I greatly enjoyed the food offered in the hotel restaurant. The dishes served were fresh and delicious. Additionally, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, creating a special ambiance for dining during lunch or dinner. Furthermore, the responsibility and professionalism of the staff were outstanding. They were dedicated to ensuring that I had an unforgettable stay and remained fully satisfied throughout my time there. In summary, the room in this hotel was perfect in every way and fully deserved the score of 10. If you're in need of a getaway where you feel like you're in paradise, this hotel is the right choice!

The hotel was comfortable and had a nice Sauna that I used one evening.

No breakfast other than free coffee and crroissants were available. There was a bakery across the road though. Room was clean but furnishings are looking a little 'tired'. Thought it was expensive for what was on offer. Selected ths hotel as main Augsburg hotels were fully booked or way overpriced.

Room was clean, warm and extremely spacious. Beds and furnishings were not particularly modern, but well maintained and without issue. Plentiful fresh, clean towels daily, lots of toiletries and no issues with hot water, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was exceptional, fantastic variety of food, all well prepared and good quality. And the price was extremely competitive, which is just the icing on the cake.

Beds were very soft, which was not to our taste, but will suit others perfectly. No other complaints.

30min drive to Legoland. Of course hotel is outdated but the price is ok, everything was clean! Free parking for guests!

Not comfortable mantras (too soft) a small double bed and too big pillows.

Very nice and clean place. Excellent location near to A8. Many restaurants and shops near by. Safe underground parking, we collect our keys from locker box. The hotel sent us instructions how to pick up keys and everything necessary for our stay. Highly recommend the hotel
