Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant we stayed here last year as well and were once again satisfied. The hotel is very clean and nicely maintained, which creates a welcoming atmosphere.

The only minor inconvenience was the electronic check-in on site it would be more practical if this could be arranged online in advance (perhaps this option already exists, but we didn’t notice it). Overall, a great experience that we are happy to recommend.

More or less this is now my base when I am comming into Augsburg.Free parking place ,friendly staff at the reception ,pizza place and several restaurants, no more than 50 meters from hotel ,Shell ,Jet and Aral gas stations are accross the road (area of former US military base -closed sometimes in 1970-s ).University Klinik is 15 minutes away from hotel by walk and 10 minutes walk to station where you can get local tram 2 to the city center (20 minutes ride ).All recommendation.

This is my second time to using this the very same hotel within 2 weeks and I can say it was really ok ,staff at reception very friendly ,room anfd bathroom very clean ,nice and quiet ,parking place in front of the hotel.There are 2 gas stations litteraly accross the road ,10 minutes walk to tram 2 which takes you to the city center ,several restaurants and pizza place next to the hotel.If i forgot to add something i will add next time when I come.

I enjoyed the fact that the sound did not go through the walls and windows, it was clean, nice, welcoming staff. I appreciated their willingness to talk in english, even though I heard german people are not really open to any other language than german.

The room was too small and there is an early checking-in fee of 15€. Also, I wasn't pleased with the fact that the cleaning team entered the room without announcing first but nothing went missing so even this was ok in the end.

Rooms were clean and just about enough for one day stay on a way to Legoland. No special checkout needed so you don't wait in tedious lines and can just outright start traveling further. Also, beds were very comfortable.

During night there were for some reason people entering their rooms and you could hear door slamming when closed every few minutes. I have no clue what those people were doing but it really is not cool to listen for door slamming all night.

Excellent location, gas station across the road. You can have a very tasty breakfast nearby. Everything is new, modern. Very kind staff. Self Check-in if you arrive after 11 pm, parking in front of the hotel. Card payment on arrival

it's not a complaint, but i just noticed that in the morning, in the sunlight, i saw how a lot of dust rises from the bedding. Maybe this requires the attention of the cleaning staff

Mostly clean, good value for price.

It’s not nice to get in evening in bed, and then realize that from the ceiling is hanging down some white stuff in many peace’s , and u are not sure if it will fall down on You during night or not… other thing-to try to communicate through Booking with message or e-mail didn’t work-no one answers You.

The room was very quiet despite being next to the elevator. The room was small but worked just fine for two people. Clean and cozy.

The shower situation was a mess. No curtain, just a little cubby that gets water all over the floor in front of the sink as well. The towel drying hooks meant our towels were always damp.

Clean, fair price, good parking and easily approachable by car. Bus stops are really close. Petrol station next to the hotel.

If you wake up too early, you can’t get warm breakfast and coffee, this would be great to get. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
