The sauna, swimming pool and gym were amazing! Also, the breakfast was very very good! The staff was very kind and helpful. I think I enjoyed every interaction I had. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms could use a kettle. The gym could stay open for longer, I guess this wouldn't have any negative consequences on the management. This is the case for most of the hotels but: I feel very uncomfortable when whenever the room is cleaned, they replace all toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even if they aren't over! I feel like it's such a waste and I try not to ask for room service as much as possible. I would appreciate it a lot if they could just provide new toiletries without wasting the previous bottles.

Super friendly staff and great service. just walking into the hotel feels really cozy. the indoor pool and the saunas are excellent and the breakfast was perfect. We’ve got a room last minute and we were quite happy with it but the beds weren’t really comfortable - bit of an awkward mattress, scratchy sheets and the pillow felt quite flat. We only stayed one night so it was fine but we would have probably ask for somewhat of an upgrade if we’d stayed another night.

The hotel is modern but cozy, very well-maintained, the room was very comfortable, cute bathroom, and breakfast was spectacular! It has its own parking and it is very close on foot to the charming old town. For those who like it, the exercise facilities were quite good, as well as the good-size pool. The sauna facilities were impressive - several kinds of saunas etc.

The only thing to regret is that you seem to block other HDMI input sources on the TV, which is in German. We like to add Apple TV and watch Danish news for example, which is usually quite feasible.

We had a very nice, quiet room and everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room very nice. There were plenty of parking places available. The hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of the city and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the same building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is probably the cleanest hotel I ever visited. The stuff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, excellent for a good rest.

Coffee must improve. Everything else is perfect in the breakfast room, but the coffee that is served tasts very flat. Installing a self service coffee maker for the guests would be a much better option.

The breakfast was great and the room comfortable and clean. The staff were also helpful with check in (Limited German). Location is also ideal as it is very close to the city within a 10min walk.

The room and bathroom were warm with limited airflow for the summer time.

Beautiful room, facilities and breakfast. I complimented the breakfast and the lovely young woman said we me it with love. It was evident. Everything was fresh, there were great choices and they made me a hot chocolate. The room had comfortable pillows and was well ventilated.

Very clean and cosy hotel, perfect located to town centre, free parking, not too expensive for this level. If any business trip near, i will pick this hotel for sure!

Room was clean. Delicious breakfast was served in a very spacious and delightful lounge. We dined at the "Restaurant La Locanda DUE" which has also an entrance from the hotel. Tasty Italian food. Spa and pool area was clean and cozy. We spent a relaxing time there.
