Missing tea/coffee in room

The room was clean, the bed was comfy so no problem there. We and especially the kids we appreciated the Haribo complimentary sweets. Also the two complimentary water bottles were a nice gesture.

Too far away from the train station,but ok if you come by car, cause they have parking. The bathroom didn't seem to have been recently cleaned. The walls had facial hair clipings on them, the radiator was full of dust on its corners and the shower gel bottle was empty.

Very nice hotel and the people from the reception are exceptional friendly and helpful. Also a big thumb for the cleaning staff! The hotel is close to the highway and close to the center. Parking in-and outside, but to pay.

The bathroom is way too small for 2 persons and the shower is not closed so everything is very wet! The sofa was dirty. It doesn't invite you to sit in it. We loved the food in the restaurant but one waiter is very unfriendly!

Nice, quiet and very clean rooms, comfy bed, very friendly staff, underground parking is private and safe, 24 hour reception, possible to buy drinks, sandwiches and snacks at the reception. Location is close to the A7 motorway and very close to a huge EDEKA supermarket, if you wanna do some grocery shopping on your way. I only stayed one night, driving through Germany - but I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time.

Arriving at night was a little confusing, as there is another hotel in front to the street - but Park Inn is located just behind and in a more private location. Since there is a Park Inn sign at the road, you think that the first hotel is Park Inn, but it’s not.

Overall, the family suite was a nice room, bright and quiet. The main bed was comfortable and there were ample towels and lots of water in the complimentary minibar. We also appreciated the coffee machine.

The sofa bed wasn’t suitable for an adult, let alone two. Uncomfortable with its thin mattress and very squeaky. Also, we were surprised to find out there was no door to the bedroom.

Our first room was not great as the bathroom light did not work & someone had obviously been smoking. We were moved without fuss to a very comfortable room. The restaurant offered a limited evening selection but it was tasty & well prepared. The following morning we found the lift was out of order but being repaired which wasn't great as we both mobility issues & there appeared to be a fire brigade inspection going on. It was a little inconvenient but good to know that these things were being seen to promptly. The breakfast room was bright & airy with a large selection of hot & cold food & drinks. Very much a business hotel & would stay again if in the area.

Good value for money (apart from the breakfast) for one night stop. Easy access to and from the motorway. Gym and sauna were great after a long drive. Food in the restaurant was good.

Breakfast was way too expensive compared to the location and price of the room. There are however breakfast places near the hotel. No coffee making facilities or a fridge in the room.

Room had just about everything I could've needed. A minifridge would've been welcome, but wasn't necessary. It was in a great location, and everything was great other than the item mentioned below.

Found a brown stain on the comforter inside the sheets

Very helpful & professional staff! Friendly & efficient! Good facilities - fitness & sauna. Clean room & thick bath towel. The breakfast was a little pricey, but good!

The elevator is a bit slow.

Breakfast was great. Lot's of choices, warm food, very good coffee. Indoor parking was excellent, not least since it was raining on the day we came.

Signs could be better. When we came it was dark and rainy and then it was a bit difficult to get to the right entrance. We also missed the entrance to the garage. In the end everything worked out of course.
