The hotel is great, clean rooms, average size, nothing to complain about. Comfortable bathroom and a nice free garage with a height of 2m, barely enough for an SUV with a roof box.

The check-in is meant to be contactless after the opening hours of the reception (23h), but when you check in and pay for your stay, you don't get the code for entering the hotel lobby, and we were left standing in front of the hotel for half an hour, while trying to resolve the problem. That's not something you enjoy after driving for 800 kilometers and the brisk winter wind is not quite pleasant. I'm all for automatization, but at least let guests inside the lobby in winter if you are not capable of providing the contactless service fluently. On the plus side, someone picked up the phone when we called the number on the door.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is super convenient, just next to the highway, making it ideal to stop for a night or two. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and will happily book again if I'm passing through the area!

One of the beds was quite noisy with every little movement I made. Luckily, I was traveling alone, so at some point I switched to the other bed, which was much better and quiet.

The staff are soooo nice and friendly. I love the door code vs a key for entry, free parking garage, totally awesome. The whole property is exceptionally clean. There are snack machines in the lobby. A business that is very efficient. Breakfast is worth the cost.

If you don't have transportation, there is nothing close by. The bus stop to the train is close by, but you need to be comfortable using public transportation. Also, the air conditioning isn't great, but I find all European hotels the same.

Loved the location, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful.

Had a negative experience with the evening staff when asking for extra towels. The person refused to speak English and when the attempt was made to speak German, she corrected in English. It made us very uncomfortable and we felt that we were an inconvenience even though we were customers. The gentleman that checked us in and was there for our breakfast each morning was amazing!

Parking garage under the hotel. Check-in via the screen at the entrance went well. The hotel was quiet, no noise during the night. Good hotel for passing through to Slovenia.

Would be convenient to get the parking information beforehand. Might be nice to be able to fill in all the information asked at check-in beforehand. We arrived late when it was raining, so we just wanted to get inside as quick as possible.

Bed was comfortable, self check-in was good

If you arrive after hours there's no way of getting a code for the parking and parking outside is very limited. Would be good if a code was provided with the check-in or if the question was asked at checkin

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean , the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our group of 10 were all happy with the hotel .

It wasn’t close to Munich city centre but conveniently located near bus to train station

Rooms are great and clean. Very comfortable Air conditioning. Vicinity to the highway was very important to us.

For the breakfast price, I would at least expect to have scrambled eggs in buffet.

Professional and friendly young man welcomed us. Breakfast was served in a bright and clean room. The updates and renovations make this a top value in the area.

The owner/manager is not as friendly as his staff.

Nice and comfy hotel, the room is relatively small but it's ok for us (2 person). Staff are very nice and helpful. There's free underground parking at the hotel, very convenience👍.
