As the name suggests, this hotel was a budget-friendly choice for our family during our Eurotrip — and it was just what we needed for a one-night stop. It’s located outside the city center, which made it easy to find, and there are enough parking places right in front of the hotel. We spent the evening relaxing with a drink on the terrace — it was calm, pleasant, and ideal for a short break, especially if you're traveling with kids. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooms are more in the style of a hostel — simple, but clean and functional. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to rest for a night, this is a great option

We stayed here 2 times for a night within few days during our travels across Europe, great price/quality and nice stuff. Surely if you are looking for a fancy hotel with amenities this is not it, but if you are looking for a clean place to sleep - with good beds, nice breakfast, in quiet location and for really good price in Munich area - this is good choice. Plus - checkout is until 12 and close there is a playground for children.

Maybe can be a little cleaner in common areas as we realized during our second stay, however nothing serious, so this time we give overall 9/10 instead of 10/10.

The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with friendly staff. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a bathroom, toilet, bedding, study table, night lamps, hand wash, and body wash. Access to the rooms is convenient with room PIN codes. The staff is very welcoming, and the reception team was especially helpful, accommodating our late check-in. We absolutely loved how dog-friendly the hotel is. Overall, the value for money, quality, and location were fantastic!

It's rated 1 star, but it's worth more. We stopped for 1 night for the Adele concert, so it was relatively cheap (given we booked it just 2 days in advance, and considering all accommodations double and triple their prices in such times), and quite convenient, 20min drive from the stadium. Bed was comfortable, room quite (it is located next to a kind of workshop, and we stayed over the weekend). Door opens conveniently with a code, wifi good. We didn't try the breakfast. There are snack and drinks machines. Room very much reminds of a cruise ship's room.

When hotel is full, free parking is full, so finding a spot might be a problem, we didn't know if it was allowed to park elsewhere nearby, and there was no one to ask at a late hour. Check-in times are limited, and there is no reception staff some of the time.

Lovely welcome from the manager and his beautiful dog. We arrived late due to traffic but were greeted with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, including a couple of much needed cold beers Room was comfortable and clean with a little air conditioning unit. We didn’t have breakfast but did have a lovely coffee (€2) before continuing our journey. Close to the motorway set at the edge of a lovely little town on the outskirts of Munich. A really great stop over.

It's ideally situated near the main highway to Austria. We booked the hotel because of its price, location and knowing the quality of its offering since we had stayed here also last year. It's the ideal solution for people who travel through Germany and want to stay near the highway and not spend time going in/out of the city of Munich. Since we would arrive after 23:00, we called the hotel and they sent us the code numbers for our rooms in a message. Excellent customer service.

Cannot think of something, since only used it for a short rest-break, arriving at 23:00 and departing around 6:30.

Very good and sincere customer care services. Excellent to stay in the hotel. More choices and preset advice of transportation to city centre to customers is highly recommended.

The people at Ibis Budget Putzbrunn went out of their way to assist when needed. I needed guidance to get to an indoor training pool as an example. Manager Claudio took an interest in all his guests and was proficient in several languages which made navigation of the town of Munich Putzbrunn and nearby Munich Ottobrunn an absolute pleasure.

Good location, nice staff, plenty of breakfast choices.

Shower straight in the room with see through door - travelling with teenage girl might create some confusion. WC lights up and ventilation starts automatically every time using it - during the night is quite noisy in the small space. AC probably has seen better days, but oh well for one night this is minor.

The hotel is in a quiet area with offices and some industry. There are a few restaurants at walking distance. We liked the Vietnamese restaurant. The breakfast area in the morning was very crowded and we thought there would be no place to sit, but in the end people seemed to leave at the same pace as people were entering so everything turned out just fine and breakfast was quite OK.

The hotel is what you can expect from an Ibis budget hotel, so there was nothing really that we had problems with.
