I thought this was a very nice hotel in a charming city. It was conveniently located and the rooms were well equipped (refrigerator etc.). The beds were comfortable and the view of the pool was lovely. Easy to walk to everything from here. The staff was friendly and breakfast very good.

It was strange that the lobby was closed at 3 p.m. everyday. Would have been nice to have that open with bar etc. for evening socializing with our group.

The location is very good, easy to reach from S Bahn, 10 minutes on foot. Very peaceful and nice neighborhood. The room was nice and clean.

There was no AC, only a fan, so the temperature was high in the room in some parts of the day. One thing that was strange is that there is no personnel in the hotel after 4-5 PM. So we weren't able to ask anyone about the sauna or gym, and we weren't able to find them on our own.

Clean and comfy rooms, late night check-in was possible, good quality for the price

Breakfast was pretty basic, the host was like "maybe check out the breakfast first before you decide to buy it" as if they know it's not fantastic. Does not mean it was bad though, just not that elaborate.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Location is good if you are in a car, but far away from city centre. Pool view, quiet neighbourhood, nice area, very comfortable beds, very clean bathroom. Private free parking

I wasn't sure about it before arrival . The place was great. It was clean, room was big. Loads of facilities. no issue at all. Would book again if I was to visit. I wish all hotels could be to the same standards as this one :)

Quiet location, staff were really friendly and very helpful. Suited our requirements. Room had a fridge which was very useful as the weather was quite hot so could keep our drinks cold. Plenty of coat hanging space and cupboard full of shelves for clothing. There was a safe in the room as well. Continental breakfast was very nice and all produce was fresh.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only one soft quite saggy pillow per bed and no extras in the room. Shower head was blocked up with lime scale so not spraying very well (husband cleaned it out and then it was a great shower). Attention to detail when cleaning the rooms, some small issues, shower head, spill marks on tiles in bathroom and on door to Juliet balcony also found a sock in corner behind curtain.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were also in good condition.

We did not like the carpet in the room. We would have like to have more eggs and protein options for breakfast.

The apartments were clean, comfy beds and there was a refrigerator in the room. Parking was right next to the hotel. Bathroom was quite big.

The bed was really comfortable its was a very quiet hotel the breakfast was limited but very tasty the guy that was working in the morning was very helpful and kind the parking was good

Only the bathroom was very tight

Easy, contactless check-in. Check out at night without any problems. Room was small, but perfect for a night. Everything was very clean. There was a shared balcony with a view of the pool next door.
