It's a fantastic place for the whole family. Great atmosphere. We done bowling,darts, karaoke,all the swimming pools,beach outside,all the slides We even play football outside. My mother loved the jacuzzi. Great present off lifeguards and cleaning staff.Good variations off food and drinks.

Could be more things for kids included in the price( steering the boats or go karting rides in the playground)More pillows in the room and water filling stations for free would be nice.

It's really one of the amazing and perfect destinations in germany to enjoy the summer vibes . You can literally feel that you are staying on an island . It's really huge , the swimming pools were fantastic, huge,clean,beautiful. Warm water , jacuzzi, waterfalls, running rivers. 2 huge indoor pools 1 outdoor with slides, too. Kids Area (Kart, playground, birthday packages) (pool) and slides too Many varieties you can pick to your stay (tents on sands , cottages, villa, resorts Many restaurants, you can enjoy different types of food and cuisine Pools are open till late time 2AM Rain forest area , you can discover there all the tropical trees and plants ,insects and animals . Flexibility in payment Spa and message Buffet (breakfast and dinner)

Because of the high season rush, you can face some delay or long waiting hours. in the Spa Area, you should be naked and the kids as well , I would prefer if it was optional . We have to bring towels and shampoo with us because it's not available there . Because I stayed in a tent , the toilets were public and faraway , and without electricity, of course...I had to use mobile charge machines.

Pretty well executed concept (indoor tropical island). Water slides were fun (even for adults ;). Payment system was convenient. Staff was pretty friendly by German standards.

The food was definitely below par... It's mostly Thai restaurants (good!) but the food didn't really taste Thai at all. Also, very annoying that they wanted to charge extra for access to the sauna area... We just wanted to drop by for 30 min at the end of the day, but it would have been 14 EUR extra per person.

Long que (45 min) just to get in. We order and payed for entrance in advance and stayed 1 night. Staff (Security) not Nice and No english talk.

I liked the place is an experience that I recommend for a family especially with kids

food is expensive and no water to buy so I recommend someone to bring water and food if possible

The Waterpark was pretty neat. The staff did everything they could to help with any issues.

The prices of everything were a bit much. Both of our rooms (so I am assuming all rooms) in Ohana hotel the shower drains into the bathroom so you are completely under water, there is no seal on the side of the shower. The wifi did not work in the hotel rooms since we were technically outside the park. We only found one refill station and 2 of the 3 were broke. Not all areas are open 24 hours to hotel guests. The walk from the entrance and Ohana rooms was pretty long and lots of stairs.

Starting from the beggining : - free bus from trainstation - friendly and very helpfull english speaking staff - no additional cost/fee when you accidentally lose the chip - clean/big room (premium room double) - good breakfast - cool attractions in good condition

- no QR code from booking.com / property caused us to stay in the queue for manual check-in for one hour (realy slow processing of night stay guests) - the room was not cheap one and the was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom . Unfortunatelly we found some bad food also in the fridge (two cartons of milk from previous year) - I know that this kund of operation ( huuge bathing area, is nit cheap to run for the owners, but I think in some areas really overpriced) - especially food and drinks ( even packed ones from wending machines) cost twice as much as normally

It's great fun to stay overnight. Read the reviews 1st so you are not surprised and you will have a great time. The shuttle bus picks up from the train station its very easy to get and has an online time table as well as one at the station. The train from Berlin took 1 hour and was €37 for 4 adults one way. A taxi from tropical island straight to the airport was €125 we couldnt get an uber on time. The staff are very nice but very relaxed about customer service, if your a patient person you will have great fun watching the chaos, that wait to check in does take 40 mins and we were lucky it wasn't much longer. If you book direct on their website you can check yourself in at a machine using a QR code, with no wait time. The executive family room was plenty big for four adults and very clean. The buffet breakfasts plenty of choice, the restaurant foods was reasonably priced and the cocktails, the water and coke was very expensive with no free water stations even at the sauna so bring your own in or get their refill cup for €20, you cant get a refill of a soft drink or water every 45 minutes. The spa and sauna are textile free which is no surprise anywhere in Europe but just a warning for any Irish going, you need a towel and that's all, the young kids running about too is a surprise as well as playing with water guns in the jacuzzi and saunas, there doesn't seem to be any age limits for that zone, so not a very chilled out area but lovely anyways. I tried to book a massage for €90 50 mins but they were having a quite day and not going to do any more massages not pre booked. The rain forest walk is great there are signs up explaining that the insects people see are not cockroachs but helpful rainforest horticultural bugs.

Check in has got to be the most inefficient system in the world.

There was lots of fun for the whole family - we stayed in tents. The area has plenty of activities open from early in the morning until very late in the night. The weather was great so we could make full use of the outdoor spaces and pools which made our stay even more attractive.It is exceptional place - we enjoyed our stay very much.

Some of the stuff members were a bit unfriendly - to make profits, the pool requires lots of foreign visitors every year - I know my german is not perfect but I try to use it correcly and be as polite as possible. Unfortunately, I got under the impression that some of the lifeguards and other stuff members shouldn't maybe work in the hospitality industry. The pools have a maximum depth of 1.3m (safer for the kidds). Some places need a bit of renovation - it was opened in 2007 and there are things getting slowly out of date.

Stay in the tent was an adventure and the chance to get in the pool early in the morning was super cool. Breakfast was great! Overall very good experience!

Not everybody would be able to tolerate that kind of conditions for day and night (hot and highly humid), so I suggest to keep in mind individual health issues and preferences. When there were less people left and majority gone, parts of the pools got closed, making smaller swimming areas thus making it as crowded as before. Food was overpriced in cafes.
