Dog friendly! Excellent breakfast & delicious food at the restaurant, we even had the spa / sauna area all or almost all to ourselves for 3 times, lush green lakeside location and free use of the spa, sunbeds, cabanas, sup boards... Very friendly staff. We loved it so much we are already planning another long weekend at Residenz later this summer!

The restaurant was very busy both evenings which led to quite long waiting times, but the staff stayed friendly and happy despite this! The only other thing to mention was no minibar in our room (although listed in amenities) and very short beer list at the restaurant (only pils and weissbier, would be great to have eg. helles too :)

It's a very nice hotel in a good location. It has an indoor pool and 3 types of saunas that they called a spa. You can use them without additional charge. However, if there are plenty of people using the spa (not booking by the hour), then depending on luck can be either good or bad experience. I enjoyed the pool and one sauna.

The room door lock doesn't really work from the inside, the pool temperature is too low, the breakfast didn't have many options. No kettle or mini fridge in the room. No room service.

They offer a welcome drink when you walk in. Beautiful location by the lake. The room is nice, comfortable and bright with a fridge. The breakfast is extremely delicious. large selection of fruit, large selection of spreads, sausages, cheese, jam... extremely delicious croissants. The pool is clean, bright and very beautiful.

The breakfast (buffet) was great, and everyone could find something to suit him. It is a small hotel, quiet and nicely located on a lake shore. It is inside woods, in a small village, one can walk a lot, and visit other small towns/villages around. Our dog was also happy, they accept animals.

Service understaffed and not all very well trained, but they try their best. Room was dated. Overall not four star hotel as claimed, but great value for money and nice location.

The location was great, peaceful and relaxing hotel, free parking and the spacious room was amazing.

Lack of mini fridge and TV in the room. We wanted to pay for the breakfast, but the kitchen was empty and no one was there to even offer this option. Nevertheless, we stayed there for one night and generally enjoyed it.

The hotel overlooks a lake and has a very good restaurant where we ate dinner upon our arrival. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff very friendly. We would stay here again if passing through.

Very quiet at all times, easy to find, free parking, nice decor, plenty of seating, good choice of food on menu. Free WiFi and fast enough.

Hotel located in a charming place on the lake (at the same time close to Berlin and the highway). Great sauna area. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly service.

Spa included and uncomplicated to use. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect at the end of a 50km bike trip.

The coffee came from an automatic machine. It was ok but as good as machine-made coffee gets.
