Good beds, shared kitchen available, good internet, late check in

The bed wasn’t clean or made when I arrived, the kitchen has terribly dirty I wasn’t able to cook or even eat there because it was disgusting.

Nice spacious room, really good windows as the hotel is next to busy street, but traffic noise did not get inside the room. We could feel the room was probably meant to be a shared room as our “double bed” was made of two separate beds in a bit different height :-D But it didn’t disturb our sleep, it was good! Location is good too, just a few hundred meters from Grünbergallee train station (3 stops to airport, ca 11 min), S9 line to central Berlin, for example 46 min to Berlin Zoo.

The bed was comfortable and it was nice that the shower and the toilet were separate. The staff was also accommodating and changed my room when I couldn't sleep in the one initially allocated to me, due to the weird placement of beds

The placement of beds in the dorm rooms. The bunk bed is good - though the top bed, the 'safest one' gets too hot because it is directly underneath the blasting heater. And then, there are two single beds, together (like a double bed). In my first room one of these was the only one available and the man next to me was snoring so loud it made it even weirder to be there. As a solo female traveler I would really not recommend these dorms unless you are assured you have the top bunk bed available for you.

If you need a hotel close to the,airport, it is a good option. Its an easy walk from the S train line, even with bulky luggage. The reception is open 24/7 to assist with transportation to the airport, we booked a cab for 3 am, it cost 25 euro.The room was clean, quiet.

The hotel sends frequent messages demanding you to check in online before arrival. It is totally unneccessary, since the reception is open 24/7, and the info I entered in the online checkin didnt appear on the hotel forms anyway. The online checkin is a hassle and a total waste of time.

It's a basic hotel, with Bed&Breakfast concept, but it fulfils all your needs. The staff are very friendly, and are always ready to help. We were accompanied by a handicapped person, so they provided us a room designed especially for handicapped people. A big thumb. The Guest kitchen, was a new discovery for us: It's an open kitchen, well-equipped, and free to use. You can buy whatever you need from the nearby ALDI supermarket and enjoy cooking it. The air-conditioning system works great (beware of this point while searching for hotels in summer, your room without an AC can turn into an oven or a sauna) The breakfast was decent with good varieties.

The location for this place is outstanding. Easy walking distance to train station with access to the city centre. There is also an Aldi and bottle shop within the same complex, it was brilliant. The sound proofing is sensational, you can not hear a single sound of the traffic or other people within the building. It is also very handy to have access to a kitchen.

There is not much that I did not like. It was pretty good, we have raved about this place to family and friends. It is just a hotel room but the location, sound proofing and other handy things mentioned above make it better than an average hotel room.

communication before coming was zero. I mean, it’s a big hotel, big chain, they do not probably have time to really take care of your emails. To the question “how I can get to your hotel from the airport by public transport” I received 3 answers (after 5 questions), none of them was satisfactory. Construction works on S-bahn? Connection not working?. Not mentioned at all, you realise that when having arrived at the airport … late in the evening.

The hotel room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable like the hotel There was a supermarket right next to the hotel The location was close to the (airport shuttle) subway station Most importantly, "shared kitchen" I had never saw such clean and well organized hostel shared kitchen in my whole travel! Usually most hostel sharing kitchens are unmaintained, making them messy and left with ingredients. However, this place is cleaner than my own house kitchen! It feels very pleasant for guests to cook. I was glad that the staff kept taking care of this place.

1.allocation of the beds in room (2 beds were really close to each other..if you are not a couple / close friends than it looks really weird to sleep with someone almost like in the same bed. 2. There were no privacy for the lower bed …and the light didn’t give me to sleep well 3. The neighbour used parfume early in the morning while I was sleeping so I actually woke up because started to sneeze since I have an allergy. Should be prohibited to do that in the common areas

Perfect to stay in quite area near the Berlin Airport approx 10min by car or S9 S -bahn. Also easy access yo Berlin city centre by S-bahn again. Very friendly staff, car park for 10€ per night. Family rooms with bunk beds.

Small old fashion tv that looks like need yo be exchange i would say. And soap dispenser full of water mixed with some sort of soap it the toilet, but the one in under the shower was full of proper shower gel so I can't say anything bad to be honest.
